"After a couple of years I returned to eat in this place where I have always eaten very well, apart from the pizza they made with sourdough I appreciated the cuts of meat. I ordered an elephant's ear (Milan schnitzel), a sole, pounded very finely and becoming dry and not good, both my wife and I had it replaced with a cut of black Angus meat, again, tough and perhaps not very tasty. slightly matured. I remembered the chuleta and chiuleton cuts which were of another level, obviously in these cuts they had a marbling which gave more flavour, but I expect another level of flavors from a Black Angus. Disappointment"
