I ordered an elephant's ear (Milan schnitzel), a sole, pounded very finely and becoming dry and not good, both my wife and I had it replaced with a cut of black Angus meat, again, tough and perhaps not very tasty. slightly matured. I remembered the chuleta and chiuleton cuts which were of another level, obviously in these cuts they had a marbling which gave more flavour, but I expect another level of flavors from a Black Angus. Every time we eat in this place we come out smelling like onions, every time we come in smelling good and come out smelling like all our clothes! I think I won't go there anymore! Horrible experience, years ago I often went with my family, returned yesterday with friends and family, some were sick. Sliced, seasoned €27, hard, bitter. Elephant ears with stracciatella (sour), veiny meat, it just tasted like it was fried. Sour aubergine caponata.
