"This ristorate deserves two REGALATE stars with an indispensable explanation: no objection to the quality of meat, its cooking, variety, the continuous courses we have enjoyed fully, as well as the outlines and drinks, coffee included. But cunning has short legs! "bellissima location, disposizione dei tavoli precisa, tempistica delle portate ottimale(ne troppo veloce ne troppo lenta . qualità prezzo ottima, nella media. abbiamo ordinato otto piatti, due caffè, un acqua e una coca zero per un totale di 90€. personale super preparato educato e gentile. pesce freschissimo e sapori unici.. fusion experience nel vero senso della parola! bellissima esperienza : consigliatissimo."

"Locale non adatto ai vegetariani. Se cercate un ristorante dove la carne è la regina della cucina, questo è il posto giusto. Ora, spiegare i vari tagli di carne che potrete degustare diventa assai arduo, meglio andare sul posto dove troverete la carne esposta in particolari contenitori che non sono semplici frigor, sono molto di più e farsi spiegare dalla bravissima cameriera Alessandra ogni tipo di carne che particolarità ha. Questa preparatissima e paziente cameriera ci ha accompagnato in questo viaggio del gusto, partendo dagli antipasti e arrivando al dolce. Nel mezzo del cammino abbiamo assaggiato due tagli di carne alla brace davvero ottimi, la prima denominata 'Polacca ' e la seconda 'Celtica Irlandese '. Carne eccezionale, tenera come burro, cottura perfetta. La Celtica per i miei gusti troppo saporita ma ottima, ho preferito la Polacca dal gusto meno deciso ma più gradevole per il mio palato. Ottimi gli affettati per antipasto e i formaggi a chiusura (Castelmagno e pecorino al miele i miei preferiti). È possibile anche mangiare primi e secondi piatti cucinati in maniera classica sempre a base di carne, secondo me però vale la pena assaggiare un taglio di costata o fiorentina alla brace. Ovviamente data la qualità del cibo proposto il costo a persona è piuttosto importante, ma ogni tanto vale la pena di concedersi qualcosa di più."

"The lunch menu has 3 different first and 3 different seconds with contour or a unique dish. The proposals are a perfect combination of tradition and creativity, the portions are right. I tasted beef ragù pasta with bitter cocoa and roast-beef with soy cabbage salad. Everything really delicious, especially pasta, had an extra march thanks to cocoa. Roast-beef quality, melted in the mouth. To finish in beauty I also tasted the chocolate cake accompanied by mango ice cream and crunchy biscuit crumbs, practically the paradise of the senses: Really congratulations to the promising young chef Stefano Di Salvia, the boy do Giussano who worked in summer in Sardinia with the staff of the chef Cracco. Prices: First, second, water and coffee only 13 euros. only first or only second water and coffee only 9 euro. Moreover, what about the place, the environment is nice and welcoming, on the outside I enjoyed the pots with aromatic herbs.
