"Lovely interior, although if you struggle with stairs you should request a ground floor table. Slightly aggressive air con, but the staff did adjust it for us. Fabulous selection of fish and sea food, steaks, and one or two vegetarian options. I couldn't see anything vegan. Food was tasty and clearly prepared with love. I had a risotto that was nice and creamy. Service was good but occasionally slow. It was pretty popular for a mid week evening, so booking is advised. Vegetarian options: A couple of choices of both starters and mains. "We stopped by this friendly pub during our dog walk. It's great for dogs, but not very family-friendly since there's no kids menu and the portions are adult size. The food was tasty, albeit a bit expensive, and it arrived quickly. The staff were also very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our experience here. Cost per person ranges from £10 to £20. "Having gluten and milchin tolerance means eating can be a total nightmare! but not at ascoughs. they went out of her to make sure I knew exactly what I could eat. I had at least two choices from the starter and main menu. While nothing was suitable on the desert menu, the cook came with one from the concoction and it was nice-my favorite course of the three! many thanks that they eat both pleasant and stress-free."

"You would have to search far and wide to find an Indian restaurant that matches Avatar. We've been dining here for years, and it just keeps getting better. The recent renovations are impressive, creating a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptional, and you can see that the manager genuinely cares about the restaurant and puts in a lot of effort to ensure you have a great experience. The unique “Chef’s specialty” dishes are delightful and definitely worth a try. I can't recommend it highly enough!"

"I waited over an hour for my food at this restaurant. Other tables around me received their food, but my waiter did not check on me or come back to my table. I had to get up and ask for my food, only to find out they forgot to put in my order. As a diabetic, waiting so long for my food made me ill later that night. I had booked a table for 7pm to accommodate my needs, but we were the first ones there and several other tables were served before us. They did remove the cost of my drink from the bill, but the food was just okay and didn't match the description on Facebook. The burgers were overpriced and disappointing. I won't be returning to this restaurant."

"I must be this time a low 4 would have been 3 but everyone has a bad day. Love to ride this special zizzi, as it feels like a restaurant and friendly great staff and service, location is also perfect. the wild boar starter and garlic bread were great, so was the carbonara and pizza. What I like here are the prawn stars and the picante hot pasta and is the only thing I eat at zizzi. Unfortunately, this time around both king prawn appetizers bland and the pasta was dry, false art and no harissa heat. what a shame, hopefully it's again normal next time how the best king prawn starter has been from here. next to blue peter in front of the cook left)"

"We have visited this restaurant several times in the past, but our experience today left us disappointed. It seems that the staff could use additional training and guidance. Despite there being quite a few employees present, they appeared disorganized and unsure of the menu. Additionally, they did not have an order pad to take our order. We also experienced a lengthy wait for breakfast, and the food we received was overcooked."

"yesterday evening with my partner here. once again amazing eating, a Christmas touch on the menu. loved the butternut squash suppe, which was introduced again, we were told due to popular demand. my partner had the lachs gravlax I also tasted and was amazing. the turkey and the pan roast salmon was delicious. we had christmas pudding and the egg custard tart, who was chewing was personalized. my favorite desert here is the salted caramel tare, which unfortunately did not stand on the menu. I hope they'll take it back soon. again great experience with the quality of eating, wein and fabulous service from the front of the house and well looked after by rob the manager. will return and be recommended. - aazing!"
