I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was between £30-40, but the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere definitely justified the cost. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.

Beautiful freshly prepared meals, very good price point, and excellent service (one great moment: the lovely waitress /kitchen team had unfortunately misheard my husband’s steak order so it was incorrectly cooked, but corrected it immediately and without fuss which we really appreciated! . Having been a Rock Salt Grill customer for several years I feel it is starting to go down hill. The waiting staff seem more interested in chatting than providing good service. Food ok but not amazing.anymore. We might give it a little break before we go back. This fantastic independent restaurant serves delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients. I had a very enjoyable evening, with the fish and steak cooked to perfection. The standout dish for me was the Cromer crab scotch egg, which was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall, I would give it a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

Lovely interior, although if you struggle with stairs you should request a ground floor table. Slightly aggressive air con, but the staff did adjust it for us. Fabulous selection of fish and sea food, steaks, and one or two vegetarian options. I couldn't see anything vegan. Food was tasty and clearly prepared with love. I had a risotto that was nice and creamy. Service was good but occasionally slow. It was pretty popular for a mid week evening, so booking is advised.
