"good morning, I find myself writing this very negative review not to judge the food, which I couldn't eat, but rather because of the high incompetence of the staff regarding the management of reservations and the approach to customers. the unpleasant experience took place on 03/16/2024, when I, together with my family and some of my friends, went to the club to celebrate my eighteenth birthday. once we arrived at the restaurant we were kindly welcomed by a waitress with hearts tattooed on her arm (a fundamental detail to understand with whom the unpleasant incident took place), referring to the lady I stated that I had made a reservation for 4 people the previous evening and during the afternoon of 16/03 having telephoned again to ask if it was possible to add another 3. once having made us sit at a long table located on the veranda of the restaurant he brought us the menus making a note on the lack of mushrooms to prepare some dishes and the possible replacing them with asparagus, which is understandable given the purely spring period. after about twenty minutes, after having served the wine, the bread and the water, the aberrant story happens... the lady waitress comes to the table saying that there was an error in the reservation and that that table was not for us , but rather for other people who were waiting outside the restaurant, I rightly got angry at the request to leave the table; during the discussion I showed her the phone calls I had made to request the reservation and subsequently the addition of seats, she with an extremely haughty manner took the business card of the restaurant to validate her hypothesis that I had called another restaurant, but alas the lady's theory was completely wrong since the number I had called was correct. subsequently the lady invited my mother's partner to see the reservation book to make sure the name was missing on it, unfortunately the name was not there but the call had been made to the correct number saying that there was room and indeed confirming the reservation which was subsequently confirmed also upon our arrival at the restaurant. extremely saddened and I was completely distressed by the fact that my birthday would have been ruined so we went to a high-end establishment very certain that we would not recommend this place to other people. I would also like to highlight that I am no stranger to the restaurant sector given that my family has been working in it for some time, so I know how it works within a restaurant business and I know that the mistake that was made due to a very inaccuracy as gross as the way they showed us the door to accommodate other people whose reservation had been made correctly"
