"I booked a table for 4 to 8:30. We had to find our table. Now it can happen in small restaurants, but it has more than 50 tables. This shows a lack of management skills, or greed, not being able to keep reserved tables available. We should have figured it was a presage and left. Unfortunately, we waited. Our table was finally ready at 8:45. Now we were hungry enough and ordered immediately. We also ordered 4 drinks, which were delivered in a completely random order. First came a glass of red wine. which was served at the ambient temperature of 26 degrees! ..... and the other drinks were delivered in the next ten minutes, one by one. Then the wait started. we ordered 3 cold salads and an entry from the menu of the day, thinking they would be delivered quickly. Nothing to do. exactly one hour after the order, and after threatening to leave, the three cold salads appeared, followed 5 minutes later by the last entry. then came the next wait atroce .... 45 minutes complete from the moment they removed the entrances until the main dishes were served. or say by the way, again, 3 of us were served our main dishes and the fourth had theirs after 5 more minutes. Now it was 11:00, and having booked a table for 8:30, we had lost all hunger, we ate what we could, paid and left. Now, all restaurants can be missing. what happened to us however was a good enough representation of the whole place. as you can read above, we had a lot of time to observe what was happening. customers arrived, were treated and served in a completely random order. We have seen groups coming, ordering, getting service, paying and leaving in the time it took us to have our entries. other groups waited 30 minutes before receiving menus. While we were leaving, a table near us, which came before us, just took his dish. They're probably still here, waiting for dessert. The service was chaotic, without anyone in charge. We had at least three different servers during our meal. There wasn't really any excuses for the delay. Finally, the food was correct. Correct seafood, well presented, but in no case a gastronomic cuisine that would be a pleasure to wait. go only if you want to pre-lasser 3 or 4 hours while observing a standard service of fawlty towers, without basil to have fun"

"Went there with a large group (16 persons in total) for a birthday dinner. It was a relatively last-minute plan, and we were unsure whether it would be possible to arrange a dinner with that many people in just four days time. However, Ms. Larroumes (assistante commerciale) was very helpful in arranging everything in a very quick, effective and comprehensive way. She was very attentionate regarding everything, from our needs, our dietary restrictions, to our expectations. She made sure that we'd easily reach her, and that we'd be well-informed about everything prior to our event. She even made sure that we'd have an English-speaking personal waiter, and that the menu would be written both in French and English.Since the moment we arrived for the dinner, everything went beyond our expectations. Special thanks to Serguei (apologies if I misspelled his name), our personal waiter, for accommodating us throughout the event and for his impeccable service even until 1 a.m. Serguei was very courteous, professional, and helpful in accommodating all of our requests. Serguei's friendliness towards the children was particularly appreciated.The terrace and the private dining room were stunningly beautiful. The food was excellent - special thanks to the Chef, David Chauvac, for his well-thought personalised menu and our great discovery of French cuisine, from seafood and meat to French cheese and wine.All in all, everybody had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend, especially for large-scale events. Au plaisir de vous revoir prochainement !"

"We had some wonderful meals in Le Candille this fall and are in love with the hotel and restaurant. The food and service is top notch, and the surroundings – with the lights of Grasse, which sparkle over the valley of the windows, is magical. We especially loved a Cep-Pilz-Ravioli starter with a smooth estragon sauce. I'm still trying to figure out how to replicate the court. My important other favorite was a scallop dish that together a earthy cream style cachaça sauce, an Asian bean and some of the most buttery big scallops he had ever eaten! For ducks we both enjoyed the cattle medallions and the duck with a caramelized soy sauce. The beef was remarkably delicate and was coated with tablecloth in a rich Taiwanese peppermint jus. The Dessert-Käsetablett had more than a dozen interesting artisan cheeses and Brie. A dish is put together based on your personal taste and all the selections were delicious and delicious. The wine pairings for each course were perfectly complemented on site and at each course. Because the beef durée stood for him as a favorite, the Bordeaux also did. It is difficult to identify a single highlight of the meal, because it was all so exceptionally prepared, plated and delivered. The courses were all different, but everyone was perfect in their own way. Bravo Le Candille! We recommend you to eat in Le Candille – whether for lunch or dinner, you will not be disappointed!"
