"Update Oct 2020: An extensive and great value street food menu has been added to Healthy Wealthy's ever-expanding and innovative array of options! Texture and flavour riots all round. Don't miss the moreish sweet peanut bhel puri and the chat papri for crispness alongside tangy tamarind and cooling coconut. Choices vary by day of the week so plan a couple of visits or deliveries Covid note: Always a spotlessly clean restaurant, the takeaway counter now has a plastic screen to the ceiling and seating allows distancing. Long, bright dining room with floral decorations and gentle Hare Krishna TV soundtrack. Amazing range of all-vegan homemade offerings including cakes, ice-cream and lassis as well as the more expected curries, dosas and bhajis etc. Samosas are crispy, substantial pyramids next level delights compared with the classic triangle. Curries are mild on heat but big on flavour happily the selection of four varies daily and may include potato, green bean and coconut, pumpkin, spinach or soya, plus a choice of daals. A selection of homemade chutneys (mango, lime pickle and tamarind) are on the table if eating in. Dosas are excellent a welcome addition to the menu and a rare find in this town. Served with chutneys of coconut, coconut and coriander, and tomato and mint plus superior sambar. For eating in, food is served in sectioned steel trays for retro canteen charm. Note the restaurant is unlicensed but a wide range of soft drinks is available. Top neighbourhood dining!"

"Group of 4 we stopped for breakfast on Monday 11th December menu looked good and catered for our whole parties dietary requirements. Service was slow and we ordered drinks whilst looking at breakfast options. Tried to order a cappuccino and a latte but were told they only did filter coffee, so ordered 3 white coffees and an ice cream float (the float was the best part of the whole experience for me). The coffee was rough and lukewarm when it arrived. One of the mugs had a crack in the top and looked dirty so we asked if it could be changed this was not well received by the serving staff and the waitress was visibly not happy when she brought the coffee back (transferred into another cup and her manner was quite rude). We then ordered breakfast we all got different items and unfortunately they all arrived lukewarm with items like the bacon undercooked, which didn't help matters. When collecting the plates the staff didn't ask if it had been okay which the fact that they were all only half eaten should have prompted them to ask what was wrong. The only speedy service received was when we asked for the bill which arrived immediately with a 12.5% service charge applied which I was appalled at as the whole experience of the waiting staff did not equate to that percentage of tip!!! Would not recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a decent start to the day. Very disappointing end to a fantastic weekend in London."

"excellent gastropub. the four of us had net and desserts. that eats time to get in, but it's worth waiting. the standard of cooking and procurement is very high. also large portions. I had panfried sea bass with comminuted new kartoffels, saphir and lemon butter. excellent crunchy skin drowned on the fish and soft rich new kartomas in lemon butter. that was the only dish that was not seasoned for my taste because of the salty saphir. flavours very well balanced. sebastian law ordered the braided lamb from the Sunday roast menu many a time as he is a native. I found it very delicate, but not super aromatic without the accompanying sauce. I tried to bite only a little, and for the recognition of the eater sebastian, order this dish several times, it must be taken very well as a whole. I tasted a little bit of the lonely filet that was grounded and fritted to a good crumb. accompanying heaps were fresh, not frozen, such a great texture. claude crommelins main gnocchi with burrata, tomato and rocket was wonderful. kissen light gnocchi and rich burrata with a clean tasting sauce with fresh, non-toned, tomato. we have also shared sides of broccoli and green beans. the butter green beans cooked with scalopkins were exceptionally good. I like that broccoli was actually Broccoli rave. to dessert I had sticky zehenpudding with ice. I didn't eat much sticky puddings, but that's the best I ever had. light texture, not excessively sweet, and with textural interest in the form of tiny crispy spots of hard toffee sweetnesses in the sauce that contributed to small explosions of sweet. also brownie with ice cream was good, but a little cake for my taste. I prefer my brownies to have a Gooey texture, but that's a personal thing. rich and very chocolatey. individual tarte tatins were nice. the baked and taste loved, but the apples were cooked slightly softer than I like. Salt caramel ice cream was good, but not as exciting as the cooked desserts. the cheapest house red was very pleasant. I actually preferred it to the Pricier bottle of bordeaux, which we also ordered. boozy dinner for four with two bottles of wine, and a cocktail came to £163 including service."
