The food at this restaurant is fantastic - it's very authentic and fresh. The owners are friendly and I highly recommend this place.

Really not great. Waited a long time while ordering via just eat. Massanan especially average. I have included a photo of the thai beef salad — which was abysmal

Incredibly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was very good overall! The mixed platter was excellent and the coconut rice was just glutinous enough to complement the curries perfectly. However the red Thai and panang curries were almost indistinguishable in flavour, though both were good. I will be visiting again!

We have been loyal patrons of Pra Thai for many years now. The food has always been exceptional and the staff have always been pleasant during our in-person visits. However, our recent experience ordering through Deliveroo was disappointing. Despite the fact that the mistake was on the part of the Deliveroo driver, the restaurant still profited from our order. Unfortunately, when we reached out to them for assistance, they were uncooperative and dismissive. Their lack of willingness to resolve the issue has soured our opinion of the establishment, and we are hesitant to order from them again in the future.

We had the most amazing food at Pra Thai and the hospitality the waiting staff showed us was top class. We truly felt like we stepped into Thailand, the interior is very authentic, all of the staff were extremely friendly, and we also found the food to be rich in flavour, broad in options, and all done to great standards. I was with two friends who were all singing the praises of this place when we left and reminded me to leave a review. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for delicious Asian cuisine in North London. Thanks to the staff for being so attentive to us and will see you again! Ver carta

We visited them when we were vacationing in London and loved their food, so when we came back and my aunt (who lives close by) had her birthday I ordered more food from them to deliver to my aunt. They made the whole process so easy and never worried about getting paid with my American card and just went all out to help me and even sent a note to my aunt wishing her for her birthday. Beautiful people and above all terrific food we ordered the seafood combo with pepper corn, Penang with chicken, tom kha soup and Papaya salad . Everything was terrific and their portions were great too . Would absolutely visit them again and love that they are such great humans

I have been dining at Pra Thai for a couple of years and used to enjoy the food. Today, I decided to treat myself by getting takeout. I ordered a delicious green curry but was disappointed by the awful papaya salad. I have ordered it many times before, but this time it just wasn't good. I called to see if anything could be done, such as exchanging it for something else or receiving a discount on my next order. The papaya salad costs $9.50. They were very busy, and I felt sorry for the woman who answered my call. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said the same thing and hung up. I was really let down by the experience.

I have to share my experience with you as I’m shocked and quite honestly discussed by the owners attitude Pra Thai . I ordered a Green curry which tasted so bad that i could not eat it . I usually love this dish and thought I would try it here ! The chicken was not fresh , it was not even green but yellow it was disgusting the worst I’ve ever had . The lady at reception Loreen was incredible so helpful and apologetic. However when she tried to replace My dish with an alternative the owner said no , only to refund me for my curry !
