"I book this restaurant, recommended by michelin guide, reading reviews with judgments also discreet. I'm suspicious of finding a place in August when most of my favorite restaurants are in full. Maybe he said it right! the location is nice, in a small square slightly drawn from the street go to the center. He welcomes us to a boy in the first arms or just shy, but kind. You can choose a fish menu, a surprise menu from or alternatively the individual dishes from the card. dishes with inviting names. we do not want to fully rely on the choice of the chef, since in the menu there are also meat dishes, and I do not love to mix fish and meat. the fish menu has interesting proposals but it does not convince us. We opt for a tuna tartar and a stuffed squid, to follow Mediterranean mosaic and rombo to summer truffle. the tartar is perhaps the best dish of the evening, simple but well presented and of excellent quality. the stuffed squid turns out heavy full of bread and stracchino. the mosaic is a soup of fish and tomato, not bad but nothing exceptional. the idea of the rhombus with the truffle is good but presented in an approximate way. the dish that really conquered me, in addition to the bread, irresistible, was the cream of goat with confit peppers and tomato. The only one we choose to show the character of a restaurant that wants to emerge, in my opinion too sudden, and a little presumptuous, perhaps. bottle of wine from about total spending in two.
