"A beautiful, well maintained inn with old chestnut in the yard and extremely friendly and courteous service. Bin trout lover, preferably blue. Unfortunately, the trout was completely boiled, much too long in the water... and correspondingly crumbled and tasteless. Also the second dish, Saibling Müllerinnen Art, has not tasted as a freshly prepared fish from the pan. Probably he was hot air cooked. Maybe on stock. Didn't want to spoil the mood. In another situation, the boiled trout would have gone back. Too bad, there's gotta be some cooking lessons."
