"I had the worst experience ever! I placed an order on Just Eat at 2:30 AM and waited for an hour and a half, only for them to cancel my order after 1.5 hours because they decided they didn’t want to serve me. I tried calling them back, but they wouldn’t answer. I highly recommend not ordering from here. It's a waste of both money and time. The service is terrible, and the staff are rude and arrogant. They clearly don’t know how to treat customers."

"I ordered food from Love Balti online and I was informed the food would arrive within 1 hour. I had specifically requested that the food was delivered to the door because I am currently shielding due to Covid-19. I received a call from the driver to say that he was downstairs and I needed to go and collect the food. I politely asked the driver if he could bring the order to the door as I am in a flat and unable to go out at the moment. At this point the driver interrupted me and said You have 2 minutes to come and collect your order or I will take it back . I was shocked at the response I got and kindly asked again if he could bring it up and he refused, telling me he was going back to the restaurant and I needed to speak to the manager. I rang the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and yet again I was met with very aggressive and abusive language. I tried to explain to the manager the situation I was in but he was not interested and told me I needed to speak to Uber eats about the delivery. He then proceeded to hang up the phone, I have since tried to contact the restaurant and the driver regarding a refund for the food I have not received (over 2 hours after ordering it) but to no avail. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is thinking of ordering, just avoids this place all together. The manager as he likes to call himself is a disgrace and should really reconsider the position he is in since he clearly lacks people skills."

"From the outside the place would not be somewhere I would automatically go in to, but looks can be deceiving. My daughter and I went as I was taking her out for a treat for lunch; a girly time just us two. Our table was booked and waiting for us. We sat down and chose our food, afters included. I went to the bar and ordered. After about 30 minutes the mains arrived. Both were very good, except mine had french fries and my daughters had chips; should have been the other way round. We sorted that out ourselves. We finished our mains and our desserts were brought out; jam cake and custard for me and banoffee tart and ice cream for my daughter. She took one small bite of Banoffee tart and realised the base contained nuts. She checked the menu and nowhere did it mention that it may contain nuts. The Stone Boundary needs to update its menu to put signs on items containing known allergens which I thought they had to. Too late when someone died from Anaphylaxis."

"Free delivery within 3 miles now with orders over £12. Hygiene rating is 4/5. Staying in Manchester this week, we chose Chilli for a takeaway, as they have such a good range of food available. I fancied a curry, vegetable Sambar chosen with pilau rice and peshwari naan. SO good, enough for 2 meals, came with raitha and the chopped onion/tomato/cucumber mix. Hubs had a kebab on a naan, it was HUGE, and took him 2 days to eat. Good value, quick and polite service, parking right outside.10 minutes from order to takeaway. They also do pizzas, burgers (including veggie) and chicken/ chips."

"I dropped in here for lunch on my way to a TV filming. I was quickly served at the bar. I opted for a spiced paneer flatbread and half a pint. The flatbread when it arrived was very thin, dry and hard. I couldn't eat most of it. The paneer and mango was tasty, but the wilted greens we're off putting. The beer was fresh and poured well. I'd come back for a drink, but skip the food next time as there are lots of other local options."

"This is the best fast food restaurant in the world.If you want to be punched in the face with flavour and authenticity then go here. I have never tasted anything like this divine god blessed food. Heritage food has forever changed my life, the food if packed with flavour and makes your tastebud’s want to dance. I genuinely can’t imagine life without heritage it’s so flavourful and warming it just wants to make you scream yeah! The portion sizes are amazing not like any old fast food portion this is how it says it is, if you order large fries you going to get large fries. The crunch on the chips are exquisite and the inside is fluffy in the middle packed full of flavour too. I will have to introduce heritage to my family and change their life’s if i could rate this a 10 star i would. Gordon Ramsay himself would be impressed with this fast food restaurant i can’t recommend this enough. Whoever recommended heritage to me has forever changed my life and made my life blessed with wonderful flavours and it brings you up and shows you the beauty of food."

"We came in as a family and ordered 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and a child 's carvery. The staff seemed miserable and uninterested to start with but I can understand that knowing what wages they 're on. Anyway, pizzas were good, I really have no complaints about them but all of the cheese and garlic butter was confined to a very small area in the centre of the garlic bread and the carvery was an absolute disgrace. The meat was fine but the rest of it looked like it had been there since yesterday. All dried up and crusty. Without doubt the worst, sorry looking carvery that I 've ever had or even seen. Little choice, dried up, no cranberry sauce. The staff just don 't seem to care. All it takes is a quick stir of the veg every now and again but it 's obviously put out first thing then just left there and forgotten about. I felt bad that my daughter had to eat from that carvery. For desert the kids both wanted bottomless ice cream. But once again, in what seams to be a common occurance the ice cream machine isn 't working Either you 're selling bottomless ice cream. Or you 're not. You 're quite obviously only turning the machine on for an hour a day then saying its broke.. that 's borderline false advertising. There 's absolutely no way I 'd ever get a carvery from a stonehouse ever again. Pizzas are good rest is horrendous."

"Disgusting, diabolical customer service... and even worse, includes that of the Manager! 2 of us sat down to eat and drink on Sunday, prior to a vist to the Theatre. All good, until football fans came in and then we were told no more food orders being taken as they were so busy. Bearing in mind it was only ten minutes before we advised a member of staff behind the bar, we were just waiting for 2 others of our party before we could order one of which was 82 years of age) When we questioned why did they take our credit card to secure payment of food and drink if they were intended to stop food orders , all but one member of staff, actually became very aggressive. They did not charge us for our drinks, quite right too. Having said that, the Manager then told all 4 of us, including my 82 year old Aunt ' there is the door ' We were gobsmacked! Never experienced such awful, rude behaviour from a member of staff anywhere, particularly the Manager, who was so arrogant to admit to being the Manager!! Shocking."

"Awful. Waited an hour to be served mushy samosas which I couldn’t eat. After an hour and a half the mains arrived… rice was stone cold and my Bhuna was cold and tasteless. They offered to microwave it which is simply appalling. We’re not informed on booking that you have to bring your own alcohol so we were served a warm, flat coke. No apology for their service, waiters nowhere to be seen. Our waiter was beyond miserable. Another table of 2 people managed to finish a bottle and a half of wine before their mains arrived. DO NOT GO HERE. AWFUL!!!! Saturday night ruined as we then just went home as this place ruined our moods. Everyone in the restaurant were sat on their phones looking very bored."

"I am giving this restaurant a one-star rating because they decided not to renew their TV license, which means we were unable to watch the Undisputed tournament. My family and I had been looking forward to this night for months, and Restaurant RS ruined our plans at the last minute. This decision is incredibly foolish and unjustifiable, and I want the owner to know that their short-sighted choice has greatly disappointed me, as I used to enjoy dining there."

"Stayed for three nights on a cheeky Birthday city break. First things first. The staff here are absolute legends!!! Cheerful, helpful, down to earth Manchester people. An easy walk from all of the main train stations. The rooms are lovely, clean and simple. The Manchester theming is a nice touch. My only tiny tiny ting gripe would be the lack of aircon leading to a pretty warm room. The hotel supply a fan but that turns off the minute you leave the room so on a warm weekend it was a warm room, could be tricky when it gets really hot. Aside from that very small point it's a great, simple, honest little spot. Thanks guys!"

"Habíamos cogido nuestra hija de 14 meses a Marina para ver los patos de Clifton y como empezó a llover decidimos ir a almorzar temprano. No ha sido aquí literalmente 20 años (era de unos 11 años la última vez recuerdo conseguir una bolsa de regalos con mi Charlie chalk comida niños jajaja) así que decidimos probarlo. Entramos a un pub encantador reformado y fue recibido por una amable señora hizo una broma que necesitábamos una mesa para 2 personas y una media jajaja ella buscaron una silla alta para nosotros y nos sentamos en una mesa con un amplio espacio para ello. Pedimos el 2 del 2 hamburguesas con queso tocino por £10 menú y ofertas como con cualquier comida que no esperes mucho (se obtiene lo que se paga tipo de cosa), pero yo y mi marido era muy sorprendido! Preciosa la hamburguesa hamburguesas altas en sí estaba húmeda y bien preparado el tocino bien cocinada y los bollos de brioche ligeramente tostado. Las patatas fritas eran muchísimo calor fresco de la freidora y el aspecto y sabor casero de col (no estoy seguro de si fue) pero era muy sabrosa y cremosa!! No registramos espalda comida inteligente pero nos disfrutes de ellos así que no tengo quejas! No pude terminar la mía como la hamburguesa era bastante grande, así que mi marido acabó teniendo el resto así que él era feliz! En general muy agradable y dispuesto a decir que volveremos en el futuro!"

"I could not eat the lamb chops as they were rubbery and cold, tasting like cheap lamb chops. I love my chops, so this put me off eating them. The chips were extremely soggy and greasy, which was disgusting. The poppadoms were burnt as well. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant. "absolutely great place and fabulous staff. we were served by elaine (apologies, if I look the wrong) who was a first-class Notch service! she had a big sniper, who was very well after us all, made sure we were happy and let us laugh a few times. she even helped make a group photo of all of us with our Christmas dinner. this place is always one of the best / favorites for a few years and it is always down great eating good prices and excellent staff. now looks better since it was renovated! (as did not have the opportunity to go with kovid and work) and some friends who could not come ask us already in group chat when the next is how they want to come now!"

"Was staying at the Premier Inn next door, so had booked breakfast here for my stay. Food is a bit average for the price vegan sausage is good, baked beans quite bland and have had better hash browns. Inconsistent offerings they advertise muffins, but this was only available on 1 day out of 3. Staff wait a long time before clearing out tables. A bit dated interior. Could do with a deep clean and revamp."

"I had a wonderful time sitting in the sun. I ordered the king prawn spaghetti, but my wife added her burrata from her salad to my dish, which was a delightful touch. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Alexandria, our waitress. When the manager unexpectedly walked out, Alexandria continued to handle everything with remarkable professionalism on her own. She truly deserves a raise or at least a bonus—listen up, management!"

"friendly staff we have eaten here with our friends at lunchtime. all staff were very friendly and friendly with a smiling face. I had chicken katsu curry, but to be honest, not very impressed. the dish was flattened like roast chicken on the floor, a piece of rice on the chicken and curry sauce on top. the sauce tasted like standard curry sauce, which we take in a normal Chinese.
