"I don't remember where I found the address of this restaurant, probably with the search app one night that I was looking for a restaurant to replace the betting coffee one evening of July, closed for the holidays, and that's what I'm looking for! I am told that the restaurant will close for renovation the following week and for this reason, the card during the weekend will be reduced. But, well, that's not what's gonna stop me. When we arrived we were greeted to the sound of a guitar and from the outside, the local resembles any bistro on the outskirts. The boss welcomes us and puts us to our haise immediately by accompanying us at the table, and the evening begins. in Valais by tradition and especially by pleasure, I like to start the meal with a white from the region before putting me to read the menus and imagine the dressage of the dishes. Unfortunately or fortunately for us, at the forefront of the seasonal fence, the choice of dishes is limited, but more than enough to ease the little hunger of this day. around us, mix together heterogeneous, young, sporty, accustomed, occasional and almost domiciled guests. who like us for the evening or who wants to eat something quickly to go to the cinema or disco, but the point in common is the joy and desire to distract for a few moments. After a few hesitations, we let ourselves be convinced by the proposal of the day, steak tartare with go-go accompanied by fries and as a start a mixed salad and of course dessert. pleasant surprise as of the arrival of the salad, because the homemade sauce is of our taste and the bread that accompanies it is really fresh. the presentation of tartar is a success and the fries are made home. almost at the bottom of my steak, the waitress gets excited to ask me if she has to launch the supplement, which I appreciate very much. No need for solicitations here, it's like music paper. The dishes go together and we're already at dessert. tin pie and ice cream. in the end a pleasant evening for a correct price and waiting to return to it in a renovated decor and a card supplemented with fish dishes at the back."
