"These were not the burger patties we're used to in Aus, in a good way! The marchigiana burger patty was processed to the consistency of a flat sausage, which was still very tasty but we could barely recognise the beef or how it was apparently cooked to medium doneness. The agerola provola was smoked cheese served warm, overflowing, and melting-soft, and the buns were soft and enormous. The burgers were twice the size of what we expected and we could only eat half before taking the rest home. We could have easily shared a single burger between us. We had the Mama 02, which was an eggplant parmigiana with a patty. It was delicious but also tasted more like a parmigiana than a burger. The Mama Pippo was unexpected. It had TWO patties on either end, something that the menu didn't mentioned. It also had delicious bacon, and a tomato-lettuce salad to balance all the meat. It was honestly too large to take a bite off of and had to be cut with a fork and knife. Service was quick and wait staff explained the ingredients patiently, as we were confused with the types of beef and cheese. If you're craving a quick, tasty burger, Mama is a good place for it. Just mind the ingredients on the Mama homemade ones, which can be non-standard, and also the very generous serves. Note that they had a non-burger menu which seemed affordable, too, in case you wanted something other than burgers."
