"visiting talmont, pretty village on the edge of estuary, we were looking for a nice restaurant, no catching tourists or out of price and quiet. and our steps led us to the promontory. the decision was quick, the dish of the day was a parsillad of eels. the room, a little old and rather dark does not engage at first but fortunately there remained a terrace table in the shade of a laurel. for the record, it was full inside and outside. and yet, the service was not speed but rather relaxed and Zen. Fast enough in view of the affluence, eels were tasty, a real treat and a big thank you for not having dubble salad as much as do, not accompaniment was home. rice, vegetables and spinach.
