"After waiting 45 minutes for our food, it finally arrived, only for us to find out they had served us someone else's order. I found this puzzling given how empty the restaurant was. I had ordered a rare steak, but it came out cold and gray, while my girlfriend’s fillet was also cold. With the restaurant being so quiet, I couldn't comprehend the long wait and the poor temperature of the food.
Had I not had a voucher, there is no way I would have paid for this meal; it was truly disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of The Shed. When I brought my complaints to the staff, it felt like they didn’t want to hear what I had to say. I will never return to The Shed again."
