"we could sit at the same table as the Count of Cauliur. characterized by a plate and the caricature painting, of which I do not know the meaning, depicting a well-known child camillo. The resurrection room is even more beautiful than the one that is moving from the photos. tables have a width that allows a certain spaceship, if they are occupied by the pair. I don't know for 4 or more layouts. In the upright handgun room (the name of the artist who decorated it) the tables are more spacious, modern and comfortable. more confacent to the michelin forks expressing the comfort of the dining room. The kitchen exceeded my expectations. We ordered the paper two appetizers, two first and a dessert and we are ociti widely sazi, also thanks to the abundance of amooe bouche, bread and baked products. I tasted the famous salad of the restaurant square duomo in alba and I must say that the Piedmontese one that is served at the most appreciated change in the context of a lunch. For the first it would take 2 hours to enjoy it with the attention it deserves, the second instead, although composed of 40 ingredients, each with its dressing and cooking, where there are, appropriate, you can get happily without getting to the greek calends. The raw meat with tripe broth and black truffle is served as if it were a sushi where rice is replaced by soft cooked egg whites. the neutrality of this last element allows to collect the tasty reduction that from goto to the dish. The Piedmontese agnolotti were rather classic and very tasty, with brown background and breadcrumbs crumbled in butter. In risotto, hazelnut oil was very well married with snails. together the two elements worked. on its own, however, the rice was a little astounding. the dish is served to the decomposed mole and will be the customer to have fun in assembling it, but, for the reasons mentioned above, someone may not appreciate it. The sweet state is a huge portion of zabaione ice cream with many more or less crispy accompaniments, such as caff meringues, raisins and chocolate, dehydrated fruit and vegetables, coffee babs and chocolate selections. Delicious. I found the dishes were well studied and had some amazing solution that had never happened under my teeth. I also loved the service. Very affectionate, elegant, but not ingested, indeed...The waiters must perform their tasks in an unconventional environment, for contemporary restaurants. Everyone seemed to have good experience, even the youngest. The wine paper expresses an exceptional and award-winning winery. certainly among the best in Italy and, therefore, in the world. Embroidery is very high. Taking a 50-inch bottle, among the cheaper ones, I spent 236 .caff service costs 7 for each single coffee, as well as water service 7 bottled. It has a bit annoyed me and, for this, I do not give the maximum of the votes, that, when we were now consuming the dessert, with the still almost full water glasses, another bottle was opened, without being asked, of which the equivalent of half a glass was poured. the rest of the bottle remained undetected. This, as well as in contrast with my portfolio, also contrasts with the good intentions, which have been set out, concerning waste. Hi."

"I tried this place after a report of some friends and inspiring me to the good reviews found on the net. the place from the outside looks like a simple bar, almost anonymous, although inside it is all sumptuous nice and elegant. the owner, Jimmy, looks like a movie character, a man of other times very kind and with a particular elegance. when you start entering confidence you will also discover that it is very nice. as read in reviews we booked sushi, and for the choices of the typical dishes we let ourselves be led by jimmy. sushi was simple but excellent, very fresh fish and seasoned and balanced. the typical Malaysian dishes, some appetizer and some main course, turned out very good, spiced at the right point (prevalently with curry) and very balanced, maintaining a certain delicacy in the flavors. I found very good satay prawns and satay chicken, shrimp skewers and typical chicken, from the very particular goto. pleasant surprise finally with desserts, which often in this type of restaurants are not unforgettable. a cream based on mango, very good, and a semi-freddo palm milk, mangrovia palm pieces, rice and nuts, really great! price all in all good, with a little discount (thanks jimmy) and drinking only water we paid in five people 130,00€. uniquely: the laminated menus seemed like a third category tourist restaurant, do not let yourself be fooled by the photos because they do not reflect the appearance of the courses, which are however well presented and beautiful to see. judgment therefore very good."

"I know Asian cuisine. I've experienced it in the long and wide. Of course, I can't boast that I'm an expert on the strictly Indonesian one, but the surrounding ones are. I love the explosion of precise flavors and unmistakable scents that distinguish that specific area of the world, immense, but yet so contaminated to generate similarities, in every fold and in every difference. cynas, from the extreme north to the extreme south, to pass to the central regions; chorea, one and the other; jappone, which is not at all sushi that is propinated to us for fashion and then the fabulous South East Asian, Thai, laos, Cambodia, to end in Malaysia. in my humble opinion, despite the miles traveled, in all these kitchens, although so different, there is always a common denominator. recognize the first taste (at the first smell, at the first glance) that a dish comes from there, and not from any other part of the world. after this premise, I approdo a cinta rasa, which is a small place in the heart of torino, harvested, intimate and graceful. right music and the right lights, that cheer the evening. the atmosphere is perfect. the menu offers dishes that postpone, starting from the names, to magical places of undeniable charm ... expectations are great! but, already from the scents that spread from the kitchen, something does not convince a hundred percent. I'm not talking about fried smell, for God's sake! That, fortunately, does not come, as here it is all steamed. from this point of view: perfect! but as does not reach the fried, so there are no scents of coriander, lemongrass, combava, chili and various spices that should announce the true deep Asian cuisine, then disappear in the dish, won by flavors so different from ours, maybe at times ostic, but ecstatic, new magic in the nose and on the palate. That's not the case here. that distant world is not announced and does not follow in the dish. good food, very good, from meat to fish to vegetables to soups, with excellent raw materials, but the plot of the film takes place in torino, all torino, only torino, and forget the story that would like to tell."
