"The restaurant Brunnenstuben was already on my list for some time and only the day had to be waited, where it was supposed to sit on the Terasse. The interior didn't touch me like that, and the building itself looks from the outside rather not inviting I associate with it a club place, which it may have been at earlier times. At least there is a football pitch, a table tennis table and a basketball basket. This was played a beaten hour during our sitting. I thank the sender of the cell phone message, which prompted the games to go and it returned rest. On-site parking is available in front of the house and also in the streets of the pure residential area can be parked well. I had reserved what was not wrong this Saturday night, because the entire outdoor area was occupied with the about 9 tables. Covered with white fabric tablecloths and fabric napkins, my favorite cutlery from Robbe and Berking Martele is up and is for me the purest contrast program to the clubhouse building. Our evening starts with Riesling Sekt (0.1 l to 5,50 Euro) and a Hugo (5,50 Euro). I liked the fact that the elder blossom syrup is still made myself and the ratio of ingredients gave a perfect mix. So far it was the best I drank in a restaurant. The bread and the spread will be put on the table without words. We are guessing a fresh cheese spread, which Mr Beyer confirms. The HP didn't talk to me and I couldn't start with the stations of the employees (Käfer in Munich, Staufeneck Castle, Rachs) if no associated employee name is given. The menu of the HP could not be opened and so we held a surprise menu in our hands and we liked what we read: besides simply classics such as muzzles (11.90 euros), cheese parrots, breaded pork (16.90 euros), rust roasts (19.90 euros) or even roasted pike with leaf spinach and butter noodles (23.90 euros). In retrospect and writing this review, I now question my instincts. I've been feeling a little bit fast this time, it was kind of different. If one had simply passed tomatoes without adding spices, the taste would have been more intense. So it left only a weak memory of the German favorite fruit vegetables. I like to order salami as a covering, as this usually also brings a certain wort. But either it was Putensalami or I don't want to know. I had not experienced such reduced taste in a salami. Similar to the tuna. Actually, he had a heavy stand even against a sip of water. Anything missing? Oh, yeah, the garlic! We asked the waiter because we suspected he had been forgotten. A quick walk into the kitchen and a quick return with a small bowl brought lightning. The garlic in the peel could nix, cute, nada. I don't know about it, but I'd tap garlic granules. Unfortunately, I can't say that with certainty, but that's exactly how I would imagine. Gently without taste and muscles! It's not tasty. The cutlery went seamlessly into the show. Simple forks were accompanied by cheapest knives. These ones you got at the butcher as a free trination. The whole is accompanied by “normal” paper napkins. When cleaning up, which was supposedly done by a daughter of the house, who also made a face like 3 days of rain weather, was not inquired about finding. And the padded chairs are very comfortable. It could also be “rought”. Then additional cutlery for the appetizer was brought. A basket with pizza rolls migrated to our table and immediately afterwards also the mussels. These not only looked good, but were also accompanied again by 4 garlic-fruited pizza rolls. What can I say? The shells tasted excellent. A large part of this is due to the pleasant and tasty wine sauce (and of course to the accompanying garlic. But also the mussels themselves were of apt cooking degree and disappeared extremely quickly with satisfied grunts (ok, without grunts; in our mouths. I didn't take it completely, even at the risk of premature saturation, by means of spoons and other rolls, to swallow a good part of the sauce. That was a fine start. When we just wanted to pick up the toilet for hand cleaning, a plate with lemon water came to do exactly this. The pizza was not a real highlight. The dough, known from the pizza rolls, was moderate. Baked in shape and with insignificant edge. The soil for my taste too thick and the coating also of average taste. The diavola was still at home and had nicely spicy Pepperoni. They really had muscles and made up the otherwise mediocre taste experience to some extent. From the general consistency, the pizza was nothing special. The Taglionlini Gamberi were again a weight class as we were used to them from the start. There it was again in all matters. Great noodles in a hit Gargrad. An aromatic sauce with many inserts which are very well harmonized and the shrimps of decent quantity and also suitable cooking period. My wife is still crying out. The only manco was a slightly oily reason, but it was also soured and whether the good taste did not adversely affect it. It would still be worth mentioning the toilets that are to be reached in the room and very generous, modernly equipped. No towel dispenser or the like, but rolled up and layered towels were found in the unloading sink. A few toilet articles were also provided. Even a few well-maintained plants found space in the spacious Arreals. The restored property is very beautifully located in a paved courtyard where a film could also be filmed. There are only a few parking spaces in the yard, otherwise it is likely that you will get well in the vicinity. In a light counter top north side of the house there are a few tables with outdoor dining. There is also the entrance. You enter a spacious, beautifully decorated room, but it doesn't seem a bit dark, because I didn't want to photograph with lightning. There are some benchnies and otherwise generously arranged tables. The walls made from natural stones, a high beam ceiling and space dividers in specialized optics make a very cozy impression. The tables are fully covered with red fabric tablecloths and golden candlesticks placed on it with purple candle suitable for the paper napkins, with balsamico and olive oil bottle look inviting and almost a bit noble by the spot irradiation from the ceiling. Ambience is a strong point of taste, along with the dampened noise development, I tend almost to 5 stars. The inclined reader may not submit the 5th. Stars as just a little failed. We were welcomed and led to a table with U Bank. The drinks were taken immediately with the empire of the menus, which in turn came leather cover with transparent sleeves in traditional art. The pizza rolls were very good, but, unfortunately, were already completely cold and did not taste at all. When the salad plate was empty sometime and suddenly the service came and took it from the table without a further comment. We were baff. A few minutes later the other food came at the same time, served by the boss? The pizzas were decent, the floor was soft but not labbrig and the covering so far ok. Unfortunately, the edge got a little hard and less airy. The Sugo and the other coating were quantitative and qualitatively fine. The Tagliatelle was once again praised. Nicely strong al dente with a very tasty sauce and plentiful shrimps and mushrooms the plate was cleaned empty: So, in total, something grow.
