"Super friendly service from charming staff. The menu was varied to suit many tastes and with less choice of Indian food than we expected . However, the main dishes were all delicious and the desserts were good too. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and we would recommend it particularly for families with kids."

"Freundlicher Empfang am Anfang. Die Abendkarte verfügt über eine ausreichende Auswahl an Gerichten. Wir hatten einen Nüsslersalat und eine Tomatensuppe zur Vorspeise. Hier muss man sagen, die Suppe war eher eine Tomatensauce als eine Suppe, vor allem das Geschirr wo die Suppe serviert wird müsste überdacht werden und der Nüsslersalat kann man mit mehr Nüsslisalat bestücken. Aber sonst in Ordnung. Die Hauptgänge waren gut. Einzig kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Spare Rib waren jetzt nicht so speziell wie sie angepriesen wurden in der Speisekarte. Sehr freundliches Personal!"

"Zimmer kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich im Hotel nicht übernachtet habe. Von mir ein grosses Bravo hier ist der Gast willkommen, an Freundlichkeit wird nicht gespart, wie auch auf der Rösti an Käse nicht. Vom Service über Qualität, Präsentation beim Essen fehlt hier überhaupt nichts. Ich bin nicht das erste mal hier und auch nicht dass letzte Mal. Gäbe es Sterne, würde ich die vergeben. Service: 5 Location: 5"

"Das Menü ist ziemlich standard in seinem Angebot mit wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier. Unserem Vegetarier wurde ein Fondu verweigert, das nur im Bistrobereich (der zu der Zeit voll besetzt war) serviert wurde. Stattdessen wurde ihnen entweder Risotto mit Gemüse oder eine schreckliche fettige Mischung namens Motze angeboten, die an gebratene Mozarella-Käsestangen erinnerte. Andere Gerichte waren sofort unvergesslich, abgesehen von der fehlenden Gemüsebegleitung. Angemessenes, ordentlich präsentiertes Personal musste dennoch gebeten werden, Weingläser aufzufüllen. Der Ma tre d 'war unhöflich und unangenehm und man muss sich fragen, was er eigentlich in einer Dienstleistungsbranche tut. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass ein spezielles Mittagsmenü in der Regel ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufweist und gut präsentiert wird, wenn Sie es bekommen können, da es unserer Erfahrung nach sehr schnell ausgeht."

"Warm, well located and friendly hotel… at first glance only. The arrival went well until waking up. Woke up at 8 a.m. by the cleaning ladies against our will, who banged with the vacuum cleaner against the doors of the neighboring rooms which means a lie in to forget, followed by a breakfast filled with foods to which we are allergic... mhhh how to start well the day and end up at the doctor with our second day at the hotel wasted. Shower gel does not exist, bring your own because otherwise water alone will not be enough... also remember to validate your reservations in their various restaurants several times because once is not enough. You will find yourself without a place even though you had requested a reservation the day before when there was still space left. No compensation other than a simple “I’m sorry” and keeping the room until 6 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. on a day when we had something else planned. Sorry for sending me to the doctor and wasting a day knowing that I avoided allergenic foods but too late because they were already in contact with the rest of the plate beforehand, what a nice surprise. Finally, we left after one night even though we had booked for 2 because of unacceptable behavior. Obviously the second night neither refunded nor compensated. In short, a lost prestige suite, a wasted romantic weekend, a medical visit against my will and almost 1800. lost... excluding gas, travel and time... to be avoided "
