"Came in, saw it was fully booked so left… as we walked away a member of staff shouted that they’d clear a table… No smile, no opportunity to say thank you, just walked off. The food was below average, greasy the drinks were over priced, the apple juice is absolutely tiny and you saw them poor it from a cheapo Aldi carton. Isn’t healthy as it’s advertised. Waited ages for food. We ordered a starter… it came with our meal in the end, not much of a starter. I say in the end because it came, it was the wrong order but I thought I’d eat it to save causing a scene… turns out they’d taken it to the wrong table… the kitchen was open plan with the seating, you could hear everything they had to say loudly. I kid you not, the staff spoke about me and my boyfriend in the OPEN kitchen like pieces of ****, saying I was stealing (because I’d eaten it), I’d be charged for it, I was stupid for not speaking up, amongst other things.. for something which wasn’t my error! I was absolutely fuming, belittling a customer when you know they can hear you. The food finally came and it was just below average, wouldn’t eat it again, we didn’t eat most of it. Poor quality produce from Aldi. We weren’t charged for the additional ‘starter’ in the end. There’s no atmosphere, I put that down to the fact you can’t have a conversation because the kitchen is open, you can hear their conversations in the kitchen too… their lovely comments about their paying customers. The staff are cold, rude and not welcoming. Shame when it’s in the heart of Barnoldswick."

I visit The Grill as of all the cafes, coffee shops, fast food outlets, that I visit the coffee here is the one that I enjoy the most.

absolutely nice eating we had the breakfast and the drawn pork. both are delicious, the burger deserves special lob tho it was beautiful. beautiful decor, immaculate clean and really friendly staff.

Quick visit with my daughter and got to say the lamb burger was spot on. Coping with the covid, everyone spread out and would definitely recommend. Don't miss the big menu board above the counter. I could have had a fry up!

I wanted to turn off a point because the free timeliness were to read the daily hiel and the torygraph. but everything else was so good that I couldn't get to it. had the little grill that came with a savory rice, so it was easy enough for a lunch and a good cup of tea. very reasonable. Ver carta

The shakes there are so so so delicious! We sat down as a table of 3, and all enjoyed the milkshakes well I had two if I'm honest because they were so darn good! 100% will go again. By accident, they made us an extra milkshake, however, they were friendly about it with no hard feelings. Everyone looks happy, and it's a nice atmosphere.

Lovely place with very friendly staff. We wanted the Louisiana Burger but unfortunately they had sold out the night before. Only slight criticism was the chicken bite starters came with the mains. The starter and the cheese burgers were tasty and cooked very well. Overall we had a really nice lunch, in a nice setting with very accommodating friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a visit and support a small business delivering great service.
