We stopped here to share a bottle of wine. Contrary to some other recent reviews, we thought the service attentive and pleasant. We chose the cheapest white wine (Portuguese) and it was very slippy-downy. So no complaints!

Had a business meeting here and an ideal location. Very close to the tube, good drinks menu and also very good coffee. Friendly staff too. They opened up the doors too which opened up onto the local streets so felt European! Nice change for London.

fabulous restaurant with fabulous sommelier! we ordered a seafood table that is more than recommended super delicious and fresh and paired with champagne and white wine! for the main dish I ordered a meat that was perfectly and super deliciously prepared. vibes and environment were amazing! definitiw recommend it Ver carta

Had a great meal here the other night with a friend. We tried a few dishes off the menu and shared them all. Everything we had was delicious. The staff were friendly and the service was very good. Thy regularly checked up on us and the sommelier recommended a wine that paired well with our choices. Can't wait to return!

Went for lunch with a friend and was surprised by how good the food was. As I wasn’t in the mood to take a main dish and wanted to try more dishes I went for the octopus and sharing platter. Little did I know that the portions were very generous but it didn’t disappoint. Had a pleasant and tasty lunch at this place and would definitely go back.

First time and won't be our last. Went for our daughter's birthday, she is getting into wine and has been on a WSET course. The good looking French Sommelier picked this up almost immediately and spent some time at the table talking about their concept and the wine list, he also offered us a few tasters so that he could have a better understanding of what we liked before we picked our bottle. We ended up having 3! The food is fresh and presentation is excellent. And thanks to the bartender for the birthday cocktail. Ver carta

The food was really good, the service not so much. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived and by the end of the night there was just us and another couple left there; nonetheless we waited more than 20 minutes between the entrees and the main courses and then for the rest of the time it looked like they forgot about us. We had to ask for dessert and coffe, each time stopping a waiter that was passing by us. The ambiance is nice, the only issue is that the lighting was very soft and we couldn’t really see our food. Overall a good experience but definitely could have been better

in an enclave in the quietest part of the marylebone lane only north of the wigmore street, this filiale offers a sophisticated oasis from the truppet of the oxford street. a little quiet this Monday lunch break despite the tempting of a discount on eating. We had high expectations for 28-50, and chose it for our one night in London. Sadly, it disappointed in every way. Although they had 30 by-the-glass options from many different regions, the majority of the offerings were a sad representation of mass-produced product. The service, though, is what really destroyed our experience. I try out wine bars in every city I visit as I’ve been in the wine business for 20 years, and put on dozens of tastings a year.
