"28 Grad is an awesome beach club the best in Hamburg. Seriously, if the weather is good in Hamburg, it's worth jumping on the S1 train to Wedel. Once you arrive there, you still have a 10 minute walk down to the beach. The other way to get here my preferred way is to cycle alongside the Elbe. Close to Wedel you're forced inland to make your way around some huge ugly industrial complex, but don't be dissuaded you can't see anything of it from the beach. Once you finally arrive you'll find a lovely little beach club that's situated at one end of one of the nicest beaches in Hamburg. If the tide is in, the beach can be a little narrow, but the bay is very shallow, which makes it great for children for paddling and swimming. Also, if the tide is out the beach quickly becomes rather large, flat and perfect for a game of beach cricket or football. As with all beach clubs the prices are somewhat inflated and you should expect to pay a EUR1 deposit on any glass or bottle. This is the best beach bar in Hamburg though :"

Great beachbar, really takes you to the far beaches of Hawaii or where ever. Chilled music, cold drinks, food and perfect beach view and deckchairs if you like to sit there. High prices, but you pay for the location. Well worth a visit!

The service was fine. Quality of food was good. But I was not happy as they charged me 4.5 euros extra. Thank God I always have the habit of asking for the bill,, otherwise my money was gone. So always ask for bill and check accordingly.

Well let's just say I was blown away to find this place in Wedel GErmany a short drive/walk from my hotel. It's like a beach club at the ocean but it's on the Elbe River. Great drinks, tons of seating and the food looked great. Next time I'm in Wedel I'm bringing my suit.

Nice venue with a comfortable layout and seating. The vibe and aesthetic on a summer 's day is great with a lovely beach area. The food is very average. Tasty, but very, 'meh '. I wouldn 't go here to eat but am happy to eat while I am there. The drinks are good and service is pleasant. Vegetarian options are very basic.

Laid back beach club at Elbe River While all the wannabees are mingling at the beach clubs in Hamburg's city center the cool kids play at 28 Grad. In contrary to the club midtown 28 Grad is right at the beach away from everything. The club faces Elbe River with no ship or boat to be missed after 12pm. Guests have the choice between lounge seating, bar tables, and folding chairs on the three different levels. The bar is fully equipped and if you are hungry you can choose between cake, pizza and a changing BBQ menu. Just be cautious when sitting at the beach.
