"One of the best cafes/restaurant/bar in Hove another hidden gem. Went for a late lunch on their summer menu will definitely go back to try their pastries. Did not experience the concerns expressed by other reviews regarding the service. Service was amazing and quick, even though there were quite a lot of customers at that time. Food and coffees were exceptional. The lamb was perfectly cooked and the gravy was delicious. The sea bass was very fresh and was executed flawlessly by the chefs. The barrister is really well trained and professional best mocha I have had in Brighton and Hove."

Wonderful. Even when it’s a weekend and very late, always nice people in there. Never rowdy. The security on the door see to that!

Enjoyed my visit to Hove for a day out. Ate brunch at Third Avenue. I had veggie breakfast which was rather lovely. Staff are friendly. Great outside space available.

Exactly what Brighton Hove have lacked for years. I had a great night, great cocktails and great Dj/music to dance to The decor is really classy, obviously went all out.
