"We held our Christmas party there yesterday. In the beginning it was so loud, but that was laid during the evening. The wine cellar was stylish and brightly decorated, it was always asked for our well-being, the service was excellent. The food, yes, very simple, was already horny. I mean, don't eat everything, Bauer. But what went over my lips yesterday made every bit of joy for more. As an appetizer I had a super of the tuber cellar, the main course was with crabs, broccoli and two types of potatoes and dessert, a little bit of winter, a tonka bean cream with apple, raisins and a delicious crispy top. All in all, it was a successful evening. I'm going to strike up private there again!"

In einer kleinen Stadt ein Haus auf diesem Niveau zu führen bedarf Koch, Kellner und Gäste. Weinkarte: erstklassig! Speisekarte: erfreulich klein und dennoch divers! Service: bei ausreichend Umsatz motiviert! Die Speisen zweifellos lecker, aber habe ich überraschendes erlebt? Hier würde mir mehr Mut gefallen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Ein Mega Restaurant der extra Klasse.. tip top Service.. klasse Auswahl an Speisen oder Wein Getränken.. egal ob einzeln oder als 3,4,5 Gänge Menü. Ja die Portionen sind ein wenig klein..dafür liegt der Fokus aber auf Geschmack und Handwerk. Und das hat voll und ganz überzeugt. Nur mit Kindern sollte man dort nicht nicht unbedingt essen gehen. Nudeln pommes schnitzel gibt's so nicht. Egal. Rundum ein klasse Lokal um mit Freunden oder alleine essen zu gehen. Vorbestellen wäre ratsam was man sogar über die Internetseite machen kann.

"Im Hotel Zur Henne etwas außerhalb von Naumburg haben wir im Juli 2015 eine Woche verbracht. An mehreren Abenden haben wir im Gasthaus, das sich im Erdgeschoss des Haupthauses des Hotels befindet, bzw. im dahinterliegenden Biergarten gegessen oder zumindest ein Getränk zu uns genommen. Die Biergarten Karte ist weniger umfangreich als die Abendkarte im Restaurant selbst, bietet aber dennoch, v.a. durch die Saisonkarte, eine große Auswahl. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich die Auswahl als zu groß bezeichnen. Das Essen überzeugte aber fast durchweg, v.a. die saisonalen Pfifferlingsgerichte. Leider nicht so optimal ist das Rinderfilet an Salat mit Antipasti gelungen: sehniges Fleisch, zu durchgebraten, mit Antipasti, wie man sie im Kühlregal jedes Supermarktes bekommt, dazu Kräuterbaguette, das ich ebenfalls aus dem TK Fach kenne. Schade, beim teuersten Gericht der Karte. Die Weinauswahl regionale wie internationale Tropfen, ist ebenso wie das Eis , Kuchen und Dessertangebot gut. Die Servicekräfte verstehen ihr Handwerk allesamt sehr gut, sind ausreichend oft am Tisch gewesen und auch bei vollem Hazs flott mit den Getränken. Zu empfehlen ist das Hennebräu , das früher im Haus selbst gebraut wird, mittlerweile in einer fränkischen Brauerei, aber nach dem alten Hausrezept. Frisch und süffig. Für eventuelle Hotelgäste: Das Frühstück ist Bombe! Gute Brot /Brötchenauswahl, verschiedene Müslis, frische Obstplatte, große Auswahl an Belagen, täglich Rührei, gekochtes Ei, gebratener Speck, überbackene Tomaten (warm) und Rotkäppchensekt, soviel man möchte, ist täglich inklusive."

"Our secret(s Our quality, so the guests of the Athos in Freyburg are welcomed above the entrance.
