"the locality of monticello is a pretty village, above the red-coated island, which offers a spectacular panorama and freshness but it is not the only reason for visiting. offer you something big. We stopped for an aperitif. the place has offered us an excellent wine with a glass (a gray casanova gray rosė) accompanied by a really well-made tapas for 2 people: paste paste frite with goat cheese, slice of fresh cheese with herb onion compote, chicken flan and almond artichokes, fried chicken nuggets. round flavours, undetectable, well-matched frying. a special mention deserves the chicken flan and onion compote that accompanies fresh cheese. the service is fast, careful and precise (the owners and not the workers). the total cost for 2 was 23 euros. the structure also serves as a hotel and restaurant that, on paper, offers interesting dishes to try."

"We spent an excellent stay at the musical casa. The place is extraordinary! the terrace with this view of the breathtaking sea welcomes us from breakfast. Our room was perfect! Obviously, no TV, but given the spectacle of the surrounding nature, it's really necessary. The atmosphere is only pleasant. and the hosts of this big house are very involved! the gwenaël, received us in all simplicity, sharing with us his good walking plans and his passion for the balavia. He manages this house with the hand of a master with a lot of calm, kindness and organization. The cook has hands in gold and transforms local products into culinary wonders. his attachment to the porcelain is happy to see and his Corsican songs, pleasure to hear! the adorable room woman, breakfast expert receives us every morning with a lot of kindness and a big smile! A hell of a team! we feel almost at home, what a pleasure to find a human-sized hotel, we will necessarily return there. Thank you all!"

"The servers were really at the top, friendly competent and fast! The place is warm and tastefully decorated with a beautiful terrace. Quality price report of the Corsican menu has improved. Too low quantities and the veal sauté with olives was any. A little disappointed, we had come thanks to the robber."

"and went past the mountain on a trip. we have read from this place somewhere or others and have been driving by chance to get one up into the mountain. we stopped talking to the very pleasant mozen and booked table...for Friday night. the taxi fare was 60 euro from calvi and back, but it was safer than to drive at night on the twisted roads. led in a large building style room with fire. it reminded me of a little Norwegian setting must be the rustic nostalgie feeling. set them dinner at 39 euro, explained by laid back, but completely bewitching and professional staff. a suppe that had sweet and local criminal and made clear with an excellent stock pot, without doubt with bark meat, wild boar and lamb bones. it was a meal in itself and wonderfully good. a decent disc tar next to, extremely fabulous, such as soft touch, cream and crawler on pastries. we went for the cote de bouef boiled blue; and it was probably one of the best if not the best piece of bark that I have eaten in frankly since here live 16 years it was so good. local goat cheese with a low-feasted fig. tiramasu good, lemon meringue friendly thing, also good. wein was good a patrimonio and not strongly characterized in the did the restaurant prices for wein in calvi and environment were surprisingly low (for frank.) coffee was excellent. service was friendly, informal and impeccable. book. do not miss this wonderful place."
