"Having followed the positive reviews of Google, leaving the boat towards the café of the Gourmets. Nice welcome, clean, spacious and adorablely decorated place. On the menu of breakfast, wide choice, egg salt, salt pancake... , sweet homemade pastries, pancake, pudding... . In the end, the children took fresh fruit juice and pancake with delicious homemade cake paste in the way! Yeah, yeah, I stole it from the kids. For adults a latte coffee with a maple syrup pancake and a hot chocolate with almond milk with a chocolate Pudding, banana and red pudding fruit of chia seeds with organic almond milk, chocolate, banana, blueberries and raspberry, organic seed mix. Special mention for hot chocolate with almond milk, a delight! The best... and yet I drink every day. One black point! A big one... it's too far from home in Alsace... because many things make you want to be tasted"

"We stumbled across Nova after some limited research and were pleasantly surprised to find it quaintly located in a narrow street with tables set out into the adjacent square. Food looked stunning and almost matched it with quality. Only slight negative was the slight wait for a bottle of chilled white wine which meant we had to either wait for 15 minutes for it to cool or adulterate it with an ice cube in the glass. In my eagerness we went for the latter option! Few better places in Bastia for a quaint, romantic dinner, although even on a Monday it was quite busy so worth planning ahead."

"Benché la location sia ottima, davanti al porto, non posso dire di essermi trovato bene in questo locale. Siamo stati X colazione e abbiamo ordinato due petit dejeuner e un terzo amico ha ordinato un croissant. Tralasciando la qualità mediocre, quello che mi ha portato a scrivere un giudizio non positivo è stato il servizio estremamente lento e non preciso. A me è stata portata una bevanda sbagliata e ad un mio amico non era stata segnata la brioches che aveva ordinato. Abbiamo aspettato veramente tanto primo di poter fare colazione. Non credo proprio che ci ritornerò."

"Best restaurant in Bastia, and by far! The dishes served in this restaurant are of an incredible level of mastery. The dishes from the entrance to the dessert are aesthetic and the mastery of cooking is perfect. To know very well the products and have discussed with the end-of-service chef to congratulate him, indeed, all his products are ultra fresh and very well selected. The lobster pasta was absolutely amazing, perfect cooking and the bisque of the pasta with an unforgettable flavor. I make restaurants of a very good level all year and there really bravo. The work on each dishes is worthy of a starred restaurant. I continued with the veal ris, perfectly cooked and lacquered with a dapping sauce and very well reduced. Widely the best restaurant in Bastia, and I’ve done a lot of it. And of course, the wine list is very interesting and it is also very rare!"

"Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto siciliano (farinata e arancini) molto buoni (7 euro)E due pizze bufala con acciughe capperi e olive. (9,50 l'una)Non é la cottura al forno a legna, non é la pizza italiana ma molto buona e saporita.Un po pesante il condimento ( tanto!) ma in linea generale lo consiglio! Caffè, birra, acqua (soliti 4 euro..) e limoncello offerto dalla casa per un totale di 40 euro. Finalmente un prezzo normale.Staff gentile e alla mano."
