"acquolina is one of the first restaurants on the waterfront coming from the city center and is also more refined in my opinion than others. I was already there in the past and probably being in the high season I found it as well as of qualitatively speaking also very welcoming, for this I had great expectations this time.I returned to January and it was still a nice experience, I ate quite well but the atmosphere was a little bit dimort compared to last time, as well as the dishes; probably also because I was there in a low season."

Medieval food, tourism, but the view of the castel of the ovo, the sea and the sunset, make everything forget. Right place to enjoy the sea of Naples, the sun and the panorama. Just outside. Fast and kind service.

Really really bad behavior of the waiter!!!! I ate alone as a woman and they all treated me like I were a person of inferior quality. Very old world style. And 4 waiter for 4 tables. Every waiter in a very bad mood. Shame on you! And Italy: finally reach the modern world!!!!

The first night in Naples had a miracle to the sea to see what is offered for dinner and boys and I'm glad I stopped here. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food was amazing, very fresh seafood and the mussel pasta is to die, I hope only that the rest of the food on my trip is this good: If you are safe in the area to visit Ver carta

a place with a very nice sea view. the pizza as good as only in napoli know how to do it. I personally took an oil and tomato but the choice is wide according to the goths. highly recommended. It is better to take places outside. to try also the mixed fry. average prices and good service with a helpful and kind staff. If you go to napoli, stop here!

restaurant in front of the castella dell'ovo, on the seafront of mergellina. very professional and fast, courteous and friendly service. for the quality of food, we took a pizza and a salad, plus two desserts, and we were satisfied with the goto of the courses. prices a little higher than the average by rightly exploiting the location. Overall, to try for sure if you are around.

"Very nice ambience. The restaurant is located in an old construction near Baia's port. You eat in the middle of an old courtyard, feeling like you are back in the 1950s. Very good tableware. A bit less comfortable is the entrance, as the place is right on the street, very busy and dangerous on saturday night. Service is good too, just a bit harrassing with waiters explaining every dish with long descriptions one forgets the second lates they finish. That is part of an atmosphere the owner wants to be classy and elegant. The problem is that food is not at the same level. I mean, it is good and fresh, especially raw fish, but preparations are too standard to justify an averagely high price. In a table of 7, we had cold and hot starters including raw seafood and one main dish (paranza fried fish for some and catch of the day for the others), plus 5 desserts and white wine. I believe 310€ are a bit too much for what we had, not really in terms of quantity, but for the quality of the preparations. One example is the cold starter: a dish composed by 5 different starters to be eaten from left to right, from lighter to stronger taste. You start with one single raw sea truffle, go on with a tuna tartare, one single raw baby red shrimp with burrata, raw calamari slices and finally smoked salmon. Good quality and right taste, but nothing new, no special work from the chef, that's food you can find in every good-standard restaurant in the area of Naples. Same with the fish we had: too simple. In my view, simplicity is a positive value in food, but not for a place that wants to construct its own style on a classy and elaborate (and expensive) cuisine concept. Different situation concerning the desserts which I personally didn't try but left my friends with very good sensations. In conclusion, it's worth a try, can be good for a romantic tête-à-tête or a dinner with friends, but don't expect a special experience."
