We were staying at the Apex Hotel in Glasgow and were enticed by the menu, which was available to see. We had excellent service from the staff who were friendly and attentive. We did have a slight issue with one of our dishes being the wrong one, but again, our caring staff were able to manage the situation and give us a discount.

I made a reservation for afternoon tea through OpenTable and when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they had stopped serving afternoon tea there months ago. This was not the first time this mistake had happened. The staff were nice and friendly, but it was disappointing that OpenTable had inaccurate information. I am hesitant to use this service again as it is unclear if other mistakes are being made. Ver carta
