"We went to Fiamberta for my working group's Christmas lunch. Beautiful 18th century farmhouse with really beautiful times and fireplaces. Frost environment because heated just before arriving. Very kind and helpful staff. Wine of the biological house perfides. Food on average except really good risotto. Unfortunately, cold dishes, most of which are prepared the day before. Cheese and salami. Improved cake, too sweetened. Not worth €35 per head paid."
