"The road climbs into the hills and after a few minutes by car, leaving the state, we reach the farm Mille Sapori in Pentidattilo, a characteristic village that has its roots in the Roman period, and rises at 250 meters altitude on Mount Calvario, which, due to its curious shape reminds the hand to 5 fingers of a cyclope. As soon as we arrive, we immediately welcome a kind and smiling lady, who makes us sit by putting us at ease, in a pleasant room with suggestive view on the Strait of Messina, After some agreeable starts the series of courses, as an appetizer. Parmigiana di melenzane, stuffed peppers, olives, exquisite artisanal meats, goat cheese, meatballs, and delicious caponata, as well as a good wine of the house. The macaroni with goat sauce we chose really deserved. To conclude very tender goat meat. Such are the abundant and excellent served courses that it is inevitable to linger at the end and sip a great liqueur produced in the house and a good coffee friendly chatting on the Calabrian tradition. The conduction is familiar, parents and children united by the same passion and dedication to the palate and well-being of the adventurs. Torneremo presto a trovarvi. : Antonio Mare.
