The service needs to be improved a little in this case with a fixed menu and with the aim of offering a varied tasting of Roman cuisine. The dishes, especially starters and focaccias, arrived unevenly, not allowing everyone to taste each course, but the informal atmosphere made up for it. The white wine served in a carafe is pleasant, fresh and light. In any case, the ricotta and vision tart is excellent, light and tasty. The pasta, in my case carbonara, not very creamy but tasty, in a not particularly abundant portion. The pasta all'amatriciana is also excellent, this one in a nice generous dish. Overall, however, I ate more than enough. Agreed price 40 euros for around six/seven appetizers to taste, with dishes to share, a first course, dessert, coffee and cover charge. To be bored for the future."
