the food quality is very good. the atmosphere pleasant. Apart from the normal map, there are also many fresh dishes after season.

one of the really good Italian restaurants in heidleburg, great quality of food and love the decor. good wine selection to accompany all delicious and delicious foods.

I went there as part of an organized meal with my international short course class from the university heidelberg. I had her personal vegetarian pizza and found that it was one of the biggest pizzas I ever had! highly recommended.

menu is very limited, but they get huge options updated from the board daily. very tasty eating at a reasonable price. However, ambiente and service quality can be challenged. it should be preferred outside tables. wein is very good.

Excellent Italian restaurant, great service, feels real in a way that they are not serving 10 '000s of different kinds of pizza which are all kind of the same **** anyways. Here, you get 5-6 Italian dishes which are of really high quality. A bit pricey...though, even for Heidelberg, but in my opinion well worth the bucks! Ver carta

we were very happy with our first visit to the ai portici around. a nice location and a friendly service are the basis of a perfect evening. the clear map is complemented by a large selection of local dishes on a separate table. in particular the homemade nudes have absolutely thrilled us and also the - also homemade - dessert was a dream. we are very happy to come back.

The food here is amazing! We had anti pasta to share for starter and the selection was fabulous. Not too heavy and really tasty. I had the veal with Gorgonzola sauce and it was delicious. My husband had the steak which was also excellent. The...deserts were amazing! I can highly recommend the tiramisu and the rhubarb tart. The staff were very friendly and attentive and if you want to practice your Italian they will oblige!!!

I had been in this restaurant a couple of years ago and was not impressed but to read the beautiful reviews I thought I would give it another try. I was disappointed again. eating was okay, but overpressed. but I have rarely experienced it. an unfriendly and careless service! the waiters did not even try to appear friendly and eventually ignored us completely. I would even have been willing to overlook this when eating was exceptional, but it was really not. I am based in heidelberg and think there are many Italian restaurants that offer much better eating, service and ambiente. we are not going back. Ver carta
