I've already eaten here and ordered take-away several times. Everything is freshly prepared and attractively served. The staff are attentive and friendly. I think the prices are reasonable. I can't judge whether the sushi is authentic because I actually have no idea about it. In any case, I like it very much and I look forward to it every time I go to Fulda.

Unfortunately I have to revise my review because the quality has suffered greatly over the last 8 years. I usually order to go, but what I was offered today was subpar. Soup for €5, the cup is no more than half full. It was a shrimp soup with exactly 2 !!! pieces of shrimp in it and on top of that they were completely over salted! Sushi for €13, 6 inside out rolls with eel and salmon. The eel was fried to death it tasted like charred fried onions and there was no trace of the salmon in the roll, but there were tons of vegetables and a wafer thin slice of salmon skin on top.
