Really lovely food and service. We went for 6 mezze dishes with a bottle of house wine. All of the dishes were delicious. The food arrived quickly and the place had a nice ambiance. Ver carta

Friendly, happy and fun staff, absolutely superb food (really good dining! . The brilliant food and fantastic service made the night a special one to remember. This is surely one of the nicest restaurants in Exeter!

We visited Al Farid whilst working in Exeter and now make a point to revisit every time we are in the city. Amazing food that is excellent quality on every visit and brilliant, friendly service. We can’t thank Jacob enough for such great service whenever we visit. We can’t recommend Al Farid highly enough!

What a gem of a restaurant. Authentic Middle Eastern food. A fusion of Moroccan, Persian and Lebanese cuisines. The lamb tagline and jujeh kebab were incredible. As were the mezzes. The fig and goats cheese filo was amazing. Service was great. Shannon was so attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Ver carta

Booked here solely based on menu and internal pics alone- and wasn’t disappointed. Really authentic Moroccan feel inside , lovely and warm and a great atmosphere. Opted for the 6+ Meze menu option and was amazed at the selection, tastes and endless supply of unique dishes. Would thoroughly recommend- huge thanks to the welcoming and attentive staff

This place is so warm and welcoming, the staff are caring and quick to your needs and are very attentive to any questions or requests you have, their menu covers a wide variety of any dietary needs you may have which is brilliant. The management keep the place in tip top shape and are often in to meet customers. Over all amazing food and great atmosphere, a nice journey through Moroccan cuisine

Visiting for the 5th time it is still as good as the first time. We have always been for lunch and have trouble choosing dishes from the varied menu. Our favourites are the meatballs and chicken scewers from the meze menu. Lovely authentic ascetics and great atmosphere. Have had several different members of staff serve us and they have all been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Looking forward to our next visit the next time we are in Exeter. Thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant do not give it a miss.... Ver carta
