Interesting cuisine with lake dishes but also sea and meat. Vegan dishes. list of wines very well assorted with the best national and foreign. private parking, convenient. you can also arrive by boat, directly at the small pier of the hotel. prices are average/high. olive oil, of the garda of course, served at the table of their production. something not recently in the gastronomic panorama of Lake Garda. deserves a trip or a romantic evening."

"Our waiter and sommelier was excellent, had no problem helping us out in English, which was nice as the menu is all Italian. My wife was very happy to find that they can make all of their pasta plates gluten free. The menus focus on either meat or fish, so vegans might have some issue, but i get the impression the kitchen can improvise and be flexible, nothing here comes pre packaged. The lamb chops are easily the best I've ever had. Until now i did not feel like the Italian kitchen was living up to the hype, but this place salvaged the culinary honour of the country in my opinion. Strongly recommend!"

"we stayed here at lunch by chance, we were in people and they made us sit in a room apart, the location is them beautiful, with this huge table of wood very beautiful! the waiter who has if he revoked was very good, they brought us an entree with mini steam sandwiches with very good vegetables, for appetizer they brought us very good meat, really good bread of every kind and the beef line with really good hazelnut balance! as first we took macaroni with wild boar and typical cheese, risotto with quail and gorgonzola, all very good, only peach that cheese covered a little 'the flavor of the wild boar. as according to two people have taken the pig, really good! sweets are well presented! recommended! to try again!"

"a lovely place made in an ancient village, discovered by chance. a convenient 100-metre car park allows a walk through characteristic alleys and vineyards. spectacular lake. welcomes us in the Renaissance room the owner really exquisite person. It was a family lunch, we had a great meal. in particular we liked the warm spelt salad with taggiasche olives and polip. delicious. risotto with asparagus and burrata, with salmon trout drops: Very well. spaghetti on the guitar with pistachio pesto: Great. fresh tartare and shrimp skewers with orange and grapefruit, perfumed and soft. we also liked homemade desserts: cheese cake with moito and rainbow cream with the fruits of the forest. fantastic coffee. a real moka came from which we served a perfumed final coffee. applause to the wife cook for the imagination and matching of the flavors. We'll definitely come back."

"We rememered this place from one year ago, and when we came back to Saló, we were thrilled to be able eat here two times in two days. The day we arrived to Italy we drove to Garda, quickly checked in and hurried to have lunch. I had the ricotta spinach ravioli, my husband the ragu bolognese, both with recommended wines. Absolute bliss! The second day we went for dinner, and had pasta, wine and tiramisu; again a jackpot. This place is trulu a gem! Not like the tourist traps on the malecon, but genuinely great food with good prices and nice wine selection. Service is attentive, kind, funny and polite. And the freshly made pasta is just perfect! They don't take reservations, so you better go early or be lucky with your timing. But if you decide to wait for a table, it will be worth the wait."
