"In a bustling side street (Lämmertwiete) in the Harburg area of Hamburg is a raft of restaurants, with Al Limone being one of these. It features Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on antipasto, pizza and pasta. Service was efficient, with waiter and waitress fluent...in English and well as German. The restaurant was almost full, and this is always a good indication of popularity, quality and value. The food was excellent the three antipasto dishes so good even the almond paste holding the dishes onto the plate was devoured! Our group of six ordered pizzas and spaghelli alla scampi. Not one dish was a disappointment, and this is a testament to the quality of the servings. The bill, including beers, a carafe of house white and soft drinks came to a very reasonable euros. We'll be back!"

this restaurant is located on a quiet old (historical) road. it is a restaurant in the region. the owner came by right after putting and was very friendly and welcoming. we had a series of appetizers and I had the laughs. everything was very good.

I mean, hamburg harborg is not a place where you want to spend more time than absolutely necessary. but al limone fulfills as a venue somewhat more classy than others in its immediate environment. it ran out of one of the three main things that it was to save the kreise.

on Friday only visited a pizza and a few pasta, the pasta was ok, but the pizza was not so big, good crust, but very soft in the middle, plus we ordered one with gorgonzola unfortunately they must have been out of the mood...as we struggled to taste everyone. in total would not go back.

Italian restaurant works by true italians and German woman. very good food, delicious spaghetti aglio olio and gamberetti. good beer, few weine, but well selected. wifi runs so well and this is a plus for Italian restaurants in Germany. hadn't tried pizza, would do that. price affordable

The outdoor seating chairs on cobblestone are dangerous and awkward. You might clamp your hand between structure and the seat part. Personelle are nice and accommodating. The food is tasty, simple and well done. Dessert options were only 3. The pannacotta had too much raspberry syrup/sauce/jam on it.

Stumbled on this gem of a restaurant by chance. Simply out for a walk with the wife and pug. The food is simply top class and pretty good value for money. Excellent duck. Pasta just perfect. Fish dishes that are as flavorsome as any where...in the known world! Had a glass of house red and a glass of house white and they matched the food perfectly. Only one tiny criticism. The plates should have been heated as the food was starting to get cold before we finished. We had a three course al a cart meal with two glasses of wine and coffees for under Well worth the money. We could have fed ourselves well for half but we could not stop ordering. We will be back.
