"I was just for the day ortona and had about 2 hours until I had to be in my train. I have not eaten all day and stumbled over this restaurant. they were just ready to close after lunch, but fabio suspected that he. the chef said because of his dresses that it was okay to sit. I sat outside with a little view of the sea. I got a free appetizer from the chef himself. it was delicious. then my main court came to the lasagne. everything was great. very pleased I found this great place in ortona. would recommend! much fun."

"We went there on the 15/8/2018 so it was fixed menu €35p/p. We thought it is only for the food. We order a vino rosato, we got a bottle of that. Then we had a bit of problem with ordering because almost no one speak english but I work in italian restaurant in London so with google translator it was easier. On the A board outside it was a menu but we thought we have a choice. I try eat vegetarian when my wife love the seafood. We had a 3 course set meal and it was one of the best ever! Starters it was a 4 different little bruschetta or salads with that we got a big ball of big and small mussels. Then primi I had a gnocchi with prawns and zucchini and my wife had spaghetti seafood, which we try not to finish, the portions was massive and so good. For the main we got a dorada with crispy sliced potatoes and green tomato salad. The service was very slow between the courses but we think that’s great is all about the family time. It was absolutely fantastico! There was a queue of 10-15 people waiting for the table even that didn’t rush to get out the people, not like London is all about money forgetting about family atmosphere. So lovely! Btw we had two bottles of that rosato and the bill was only €70 so the wine was included in the menu price!"

"ristorante (interno) struttura prenotato il tavolo all'aperto, ma è direttamente sulla strada con diverso traffico su questa rotonda. Non è certo quello delle foto che indicano in rete( un locale molto carino con una porta esterna ed i tavoli con vista mare) Non importa, ceniamo dentro e l'ambiente è simpatico, caratteristico. Ci portano la lavagna sulla quale sono descritti il menù di carne e quello di pesce. Ci consultiamo e ordiniamo due antipasti e la carbonara di mare che è la loro specialità; come antipasti ci portano lo sformato di baccalà e la parmigiana di mare, poi gamberetti con riso venere e salsa rosa e seppie crude in insalata. porzioni x Buono tutto. Beviamo una buona bottiglia di Cococciola, vino che non conoscevo Serata piacevole e conto non economico tenendo conto che le porzioni sono state orinate per una e poi abbiamo cenato in due Finiamo con uno sformato caldo di cioccolato come dolce......MMMMMM buono buono"

"Se volete rilassarvi e godervi il mare in tranquillità, soprattutto se avete bambini, questo é il posto giusto,i fondali scendono gradatamente, anche i più piccoli si divertiranno in sicurezza.Bella postazione,ben attrezzata sul Lido Riccio,da qui si possono fare anche lunghe camminate sulla battigia per ritemprarsi e non perdere la forma fisica,se si è abituati al movimento."

"I recommend it. Excellent restaurant like meat and pizza. We were in Ortona for work and ate lunch and dinner for 5 days at Fabio, a character and a very good person, trader and pizza chef with enormous sympathy. He treated us like friends, we got along very well. Only 3 flaws the cut and the fillet seemed to be the same cut and it was too nervous as meat, taken 4 times and all 4 the same and the last time it was also too thin but he immediately proceeded to ask if I wanted him to do it again and only this takes 10 more points. He made the fish menu and in my opinion, since I love fish, it's not his thing because he made fried fish with large fried fish and the bho risotto wasn't that great. And then we asked him for the house wine and he brought us the typical Merlot from Abruzzo and the most expensive one from the cellar he had. But otherwise we always ate super well. I'll be back. Dietary restrictions: For those who are not vegetarians it is the best.
