"We accidentally end up in this place to have dinner and I immediately compliment the particularity of the place but I am immediately taken back by the waiter like a child because I allowed myself to think that it was an ancient brewery which was actually a fake reconstruction of a distillery. ....arrogant and rejecting person!! We read the menu and I ask for information on what the filling of a ravioli was... an unpronounceable name... here too I am caught and laughing, he replies, correcting me on my reading of the word and pointing out that it was a famous cheese from Bergamo which had won numerous even world awards....but the waiter thinks that the people all live in Val Brembana and know the names of all the cheeses...inappropriate and rude to say the least!!! Nothing like this has ever happened...!!! In the end the philosopher waiter even had difficulty telling me whether it was made from cow 's, goat 's or sheep 's milk.......the great connoisseur....a little more humility and less antics.... We eat a good risotto, very thin focaccia pizza it looked like carasau bread... desserts.... crumbled pears and old chocolate.... I ask for the bill....he brings me the bill holder both ours and that of another table without apologizing for the mistake, he takes it, crumples it and throws it behind my back...I have no words... finally, I pay with a debit card, he takes me and tears off the receipt and throws it on the table... we get up and leave, I try to see where they were to say goodbye but he and his colleague disappear into thin air to avoid saying goodbye... ridiculous... ...and without words. We entered with the expectation of spending a quiet evening in a captivating place, the risotto good and well made, but sometimes the dining room staff can ruin all the work of the kitchen and of the property which has invested so much in a project as I myself am a entrepreneur in this sector and seeing all your work in vain due to the behavior of a person annoys you... It 's a shame, I realized that the waiter didn 't like me but he must learn that this is a job that must be done with professionalism, passion and humility. Good work!!"
