"Ogni volta che sono in zona faccio di tutto per andare a mangiare in questo ristorante.Avevo prenotato tramite the fork ma il sistema mi ha validato la prenotazione anche se il locale era pieno, venerdì sera.Dopo un primo momento di impasse il titolare, una forza della natura con 50 anni di professione, ha risolto il problema in modo efficace.I tortellini in brodo SPETTACOLARI ed il carrello dei bolliti, il motivo che mi ha spinto a ritornare, un vero e proprio MONUMENTO al bollito: vario ed abbondante come da tradizione che si trova solo durante il fine settimana.Sempre una certezza"

"What can one say about perfection? Last visited seven years ago when the restaurant was closed but we were welcomed in and served the meal that was cooked for a family function. Booked this time remembered by the brothers, probably a bit off the beaten tract for English speaking tourists. We ordered from the menu but I am sure we were given much more, just left ourselves in the chef's hands. We had several appetizers the chef divided full meals between three. They use balsamic, famous in this area to its greatest advantage.The battered baccala, light as a feather, zucchini flowers tasty, an egg plant slice, just yum, artichoke tart, full of flavor. Tortellini finished with crisped prosciutto,a lovely contrast, the last course was pork cooked in balsamico, a dish which belongs in heaven, melt in the mouth with the sweet slight sour flavor of the vinegar, but glad I tasted it on this earth. The kitchen is quietly run by the chef with a helping hand of his front of house brother. I have eaten some great meals around the world but this chef comes up tops."

"siamo capitati per caso in questa trattoria alle porte di Vignola ed è stata la scelta più azzeccata. Abbiamo cenato scegliendo il menu fisso da 20 euro....e meno male!!!! Ci hanno letteralmente portato un'infinità di prelibatezze che abbiamo stentato a finire. E meno male che era il menù soft!!!! In più aggiungiamo la gentilezza e simpatia delle due cameriere Sammy e Sonia, un valore aggiunto, un enorme parcheggio sia in strada che in un terreno adiacente. Peccato solo non aver saputo prima che si può anche pernottare, ma lo terremo presente per la prossima volta. Consigliato sicuramente."
