Really friendly staff in a cute and relaxed environment. The food was lush and we had a really nice evening. Perfect spot to watch London Road go by! Thanks!

I mean it’s just perfect. Decor of a speakeasy, music from all ages, lighting fast service and extremely friendly staff. Would recommend it to anyone in the area.

The food was great, the service was a comedy of errors by the roaming manager thank goodness they had some lovely staff members to compensate for the mess that was made of our orders. Ver carta

Awful manager spoke horrendously to me and my friends would not go back if you paid me. Food better at Wetherspoons. Dirty tables everywhere felt disgusting just being in the building

Busy but lacking in staff. No one could get on the internet to order food so there was queuing for food orders. Staff lovely but food and drinks took ages to come. My poached eggs were perfectly cooked but cold alongside the cold muffin. Staff seemed perplexed about where tables were.

I really like the place this evening was my first time i though ill check it out as am working only 2 min away .. the food came a bit cold but the lovley member of staff that apparently just started working there a week a go was very caring and sort everything out straight away that I am pleased for . Ordered for four people. Two orders were missing from our order. Had to reorder once the other food arrived, no apology or com offered. The fish finger sandwich was undercooked and returned, a refund was given. Once the missed orders arrived, no apology given. Meanwhile, a side was missing from the order, but by this point I couldn't be bothered to confront obviously under trained staff.

Waited over an hour and a half for food. When it FINALLY came, it was cold and tasted old. It was gross. The service is DISGUSTING!!!!!! Horrible staff, rolling their eyes when leaving our table, back chatting, slamming our drinks on the table making them spill. They all had a disgusting attitude. You’d get better service at Karen’s diner than you would here. 100% would NOT recommend if you want nice food in a decent time with good service.

I used to visit this place quite often when it first opened and was very impressed. I visited 6 months ago and was very dissapointed with my meal and left it..I did feed back to the staff and put it down to a chef change We went today at first I noticed it was not as busy as I remembered..I ordered soft scrambled eggs with crispy streaky bacon with toast..the eggs were a mass of grey over cooked dry eggs with black spec's in as if cooked in a dirty pan the bacon was limp greasy and insipid .the toast cold and dry it was so dissapointing.after 2 bad experiences I won't be back for a third Ver carta
