the worst white carving on the word, thin hard meat, thick coating drops with fat, French french frying also not good quality. I do not recommend rude waiter

We came here for a lunch while we were going to Alexanderplatz; it’s very close to the square and easy to access. The waiters are kind and speak English as well as German. Beers are great and dishes taste awesomely. Amazing for a cheap and...tasteful meal. Ver carta

We walked here from our hotel in the rain about 15 minutes and it was worth every step .the food was great and the bar tender was wonderful .we had the Oktoberfest special which was a loaf of corned beef and bacon I do not...remember the German name and the caves liver and they were both great .we also had the apple strudel was also great.

we have booked a table in advance only to receive an email 15 minutes before booking with the email that contains only text that contains "very, fully booked" without a statement despite a reservation. Therefore we were denied a table when we arrived in altberliner...and instead it went to a nearby restaurant called restauration 1840, that was amazing! the communication of old Berlin must be greatly improved, as this scenario was a great disappointment.

from the many restaurants where we had eaten during our stay in berlin, this place was far below the standards of others for customer service. we thought about it after approx. 15 minutes to let wait to be recognized by everyone waitress. Once we have ordered our food, we waited for over 30 minutes to get it, then after we were finished, it got worse. we asked about the leak 3 times in the next 30 minutes before I left and complained and said we were going. shocking. One hour and forty five minutes waiting to eat!!! The male waiter talking to customers like german nazi to wait until their turn comes and when he brought the bill he told us that the tips are not included in the bill and we have...to give them separetely!! We were two families and while trying to pay €120 (the bill was 114.40) he stood next to us asking if we give him also the €5 note we had on the table and I said no. He said ok but the tips are 10%!!! Dear waiter..there is no restaurant in the whole world which charges the tips so you don't even need to mention that. The tips are given when the customers are satisfied with your service but you demand the tips and this changes everything!!...

We booked a table at the same day and it was not a problem for us as a group of 17 people. However, it was a bit difficult to communicate on the phone as there was no english-speaking person. When we arrived, the ordering process...was quick, and the staff were helpful and polite. We had three tables at the restaurant. One of the tables had to wait a long time to get their food; until the other two tables had finished their food. We read some recommendations for the place beforehand, saying that it was food at reasonable prices. It probably is, but it is also a huge dinner plate of typical german food. If you are not very hungry, you might find a more reasonable place nearby. I can recommend...

My twin brother Stephen and I were wandering around the wonderful Nikolaivietel district and decided to drop into Alt Berliner Weißbierstube,a tavern we've been to on many occasions over the years, always had a great time and so it proved on our latest visit.
