Un punto destacado fue la interacción con el propietario, un caballero completamente encantador y servicial que estaba feliz de practicar sus habilidades en inglés. Estaba muy orgulloso de su familia y su negocio y aprendimos mucho sobre sus hazañas. Justo cuando pensamos que la noche estaba terminando, nos proporcionó bebidas de cortesía en la casa y al final nos entristeció irnos. Esperábamos regresar al día siguiente, pero los arreglos de viaje hicieron que esto fuera imposible, pero cuando volvamos a Kempen, no dudaría en regresar al Ela"

"had booked literally months ago for people, incl. family from New Zealand! we had confirmed the booking, thought everything was sorted. at the arrival we were told that we have the table in a really rude ton and wise. this has never been agreed... at the original booking I would have sorted something differently for adults. it forced us in a real, so disappointed. I am appalled, I lied to the reviews, don't need a good customer service anymore!"
