Best place to taste Turkish food in Munich. Very reasonable, taste is really good. Busy place but after the meal you will be definitely satisfied.

Nyss anlänt i München och i jakt efter ett bra kebabställe hittade vi den lilla pärla. Erbjuder mer än kebab, en del tilltalande maträtter och efterrätter från Turkiet.

Don't let the cafeteria look throw you off! Take the time to look at menu photos, ask questions (they're busy but pleasant folks) - sit down and enjoy. The place is active, clean, and well run. Great lunch choice.

The restaurant has the best lamb dishes in affordable price. It was my first time to visit the place to eat with our friends and I can say that it was memorable and satisfying. It's very remote from Munchen Train Station. We'll be visiting the place soon again.

We tried the Doner Tabak (grilled lamb, rice, herbed salad, with yogurt sauce) and the Putenspices (or close to that spelling; grilled chicken with same sides as above, plus a grilled hot pepper-this and the hot sauce were too hot for us, but easily avoided). Fast, fresh, and tasty food at a reasonable price! And there's baklava!

This is nominally a 'baklavari', i.e. a place where baklava (sweet little cookies) are sold, and we were there exactly to have some of these for our trip to another location. In fact the baklava is insanely delicious and it's highly recommended to get some. We didn't have time to try regular dishes but we hope to try these the next time we're in Munich.

Münih'te arkadaşlarla bir Türk yemeği yiyelim diye yine TripAdvisor dan bulduk mekanı. Mekan çok salaş, pek temiz değildi fakat aşırı kalabalıktı. İlk bakışta yemeklerin lezzetli olmayacağını düşündük. Ama yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Kuzu pirzola, iskender, inegöl köfte ve karışık ızgara yedik. Etleri herkes çok beğendi. Biraz daha temiz ve düzenli olsa çok daha tercih edilebilir olabilecek bir mekan. Gerçi bu haliyle de çok kalabalıktı...

We had lunch in this turkish restaurant today in Munich. The food is mostly good with nothing to turn heads and some menue items are a bit overpriced.The problem is that most of the staff don't speak english or Arabic and some of them were really tough and rude with the guests.The place is very crowded and people keep standing on top of your head looking at you while you are eating to rush you so they can sit !!!The famoud döner sandwitch is not well stuffed (compared to other döner sandwitch places) and a bit more expensive too.Overal its average and I would not be going there again.

The restaurant is conveniently found a couple blocks from the Hauptbahnhof. Perhaps a bit intimidating at first, like walking into a New York deli, you grab a tray place your order and move along the line cafeteria style. It's fast paced, but don't worry, the guys behind the counter are friendly, however you are best off pointing to the pictures of all the items they offer to make your selection, as we didn't have luck using numbers or names associated with them in either English or German. Thank good ness for the pictures. The food was very reasonably priced and very good. It tasted authentic Turkish, a room full of people speaking Turkish enhance the "real deal" feeling.
