Unfortunately not for me here. Dirty tables, unpleasant smells, noisy, dirty cutlery. Staff were rude when asked to wipe the table. Ver carta

The food is great, and they have all day breakfast! In the daytime, the lighting is a little dim but that is a design choice and can easily be overlooked with the food.

Delicious “Miami” brunch and great coffee in Reading, with lovely staff and atmosphere. Wish I could come back for lunch and dinner as well to try out the rest of the great looking menu and cocktail list (or take Alto back to be my local in London!

Really love this. Popped in on the walk home for some food. Ordered three tapas, brisket, cauliflower and aubergine. I added some cakes and coffee carrot and banana. Totally loved it all. The only unusual bit was having the cake brought out before the hot food. The staff are lovely and mega friendly. I can see being back many times. Thank you. Ver carta

The staff are always really nice here and the atmosphere is relaxed. We've been fairly regularly and enjoy the varied menu and there are a good range of vegetarian options. The deals on Monday and Tuesday night are good value for money. My only quibble is that it's difficult to work out which drinks are included in the deals without adding a surcharge. Keep up the good work!

I used to visit this cafe monthly with my dog and loved that it was dog friendly. However, on my last visit, there was a dog which was barking and scaring my dog. Hence my dog wanting to be on my lap. I was told by the waiter that my dog had to be on the floor otherwise we would had to leave and did not address the other dog in the cafe which was causing the distress. My dog was settled on my lap and was just wanting to be on my lap due to it being scared. I struggle with the idea that if a placed states its dog friendly and also not allowing a dog to sit on the owners lap, especially due to the circumstances of another dog. Unfortunately due to this experience with the poor customer service...

We went for breakfast this morning Sunday 1st September staff were very welcoming we both ordered poached eggs with salmon the server asked if there were any allergies I told her I was lactose intolerant so I didn’t want the hollandaise sauce also no spread on the muffin the server did point out that muffins contain milk so said I could have toast instead which I thought was very helpful of her to point that out I asked if I could have brown bread but she said they didn’t have any which I found a bit strange given there is a market over the road and also Waitrose? The food eventually arrived after some delay but when we cut into the poached eggs they were rock hard also the meal was complete... Ver carta
