Anna's - Carta

I ordered takeout of the Tasteless Spicy Thai Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) with prawns, but it was missing the basil leaves that were supposed to come with it. The menu promised basil, but it was not included. I would recommend avoiding this dish.

I took my family to Annas Thai to celebrate my sons birthday, and what a let down. The food was tasteless, the service was bad. The dishes came out one by one The seafood and chicken dishes had more vegetables than meat You can tell the chef is definatley not Thai A total waste of money

Lady who picked up the phone today was very rude. She put the phone down as I was taking an order so I called back. She seemed not bothered or interested in the fact I was placing an order and put the phone down as I was speaking. Food came and was very average, and the food also came late. One Word...Yuk... Empty when walked in... Just been here and ordered sweet and sour chicken egg fried rice. Wish I had read reviews on TripAdvisor 1st. Food expensive, Bland , Mushy , tasteless even had the cheek to put service charge on the bill....... Work in Croydon often but will give this place a very wide berth.

Ordered online for 3 dishes that cost £28 with crackers….delivery arrived with no crackers, I called to be asked “could we refund the crackers” NO we want crackers send the driver back….40 mins later crackers arrived but food was now cold and no microwave at home Thai green curry was ok, rice was ok, pad Thai was awful the chicken that they use is not great, very dry and chewy!! What a shame

What a lovely little place! Went with two friends and called on our way to see if their kitchen would be open as we were looking to eat quite late, they’re open till 11 so it ended up perfect. The lady who served us was so warm and welcoming, she was also very accommodating of our indecisiveness with the menu. The food was delicious, came out piping hot, tasted fresh and flavourful and the portions were a good size too. We will definitely be coming back again! Ver carta

We celebrated my two god-daughters' 18th birthdays with a party of nine at this restaurant. Some diners were running late due to transportation issues, but we didn't mind waiting. While there were no other customers at the time of our visit, we were all impressed with the service. We ordered a variety of dishes for our main meals, but we enjoyed the starters so much that some of us ordered them again. The restaurant was accommodating when we brought out a cake to celebrate the occasion. Despite some initial hesitation based on reviews, we all had a great time and left satisfied. I recommend trying out the restaurant for yourself, as everyone has different tastes. We will definitely be return...

I ordered a takeaway from Anna's by Deliveroo. I regularly use Deliveroo. I love food and I usually would not leave a review if a restaurant is terrible so as not to damage the business of someone else. However, I am making an exception. Anna's after 2 hours 30 mins did not deliver the food I ordered, and did not refund me. To avoid leaving them a zero out of five rating, I took a £10 uber ride to speak to the restaurant manager and explain what my experience had been. The manager didn't apologise, blamed Deliveroo, did order to cook my order and give it to me. He also spoke in a rude and condescending manager. Anna's Thai restaurant is by far the worst restaurant I have come across anywhere...

I ordered takeout from Anna's Thai for the second time on February 4th, and I must say, this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I called to place an order for delivery, I was told that I had to order online. Before I could respond, the person on the other end of the line hung up. Despite enjoying the food previously, I placed an order with the expectation that my delivery would arrive within an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes passed, I had to call twice as they kept telling me the driver was on the way, first in 5-6 minutes and then 3 minutes.
