"local Salento, located in a small alley, courteous staff but, slow in service and a little confused in the comande. Menù, purely Apulian with traditional dishes, the great pugliese appetizer with small quite good goats but the eggplant of cold eggplants, good instead the swordfish carpaccio with jam and frittini. excellent pici with parmesan cream served in the characteristic form. while the linguini to the ricci insapori and with very little curl. ears at the top of the turnip with anchovies not commentary, second fried of normal calamari, while the carpaccio squid calamari well grilled, with contour of potatoes, served cold wing. sweet, good bread with English cream. prices in the norm, you could however improve in the goto of some dishes, and painful note the dishes must be served all together and not to spicy. ?"

"We got here upon a suggestion from locals. No regrets! It’s a simple restaurant offering in one side one of the best pizza we ever had in the south of Italy. You can customise a lot, you can ask, as we did, pizza stesa bene … which is not much Neapolitan style but rather roman style, thin and crispy. I asked a bianca with alici a fine cottura (better! and was like having a crostino romano. As a starter we had two tarallo fritto, one with burrata and capocollo di martina franca that was SUPER! My wife had Tarallo and mozzarella plus parma ham, excellent as well (but mine was better . We had a primitivo red wine, almost 15 degrees, that improved substantially our happiness. The restaurant also serves buns and pucce with hamburgers… forget standard style, these are 100% home made a-z. We say it passing by but were too full to try. Hope next time. Price… insignificant really. Only for locals apparently, no tourists around. We’ll come again! Thanks for serving us with a smile that only in Salento you could receive"

"for the first time in this restaurant. sensations of goto and smell excellent on all tried dishes. eight people in all, we helped on choosing the dishes a bit with the menu, a bit we made recommend by the owner, very competent and kind person. we started with appetizers, fisherman's bruschettes (delicious,) farmer's bruschettes, meatballs and aubergines, pittules, panzerotti and turnip meatballs. have we taken to the first: spaghetti? homemade cappelletti with filling of cernia and sublimate salmon,) chicken cut and potato chips made by them like mayonnaise and bread. Too bad we were already satisfied for the second, but they won't escape next time. we went directly to the dessert brought by us. location not very large but well positioned, furnished and above all you do not notice the smell of the kitchen that in many premises you feel, and from very bothersome. congratulations to the staff of the kitchen and the owner who put us commitment and dedication, and this has seen and warned!"

"Abbiamo trovato questa locanda per puro caso avendo voglia della cucina bolognese. Pochi tavoli ma Abbiamo potuto gustare le pietanze tipiche bolognesi che avevamo già avuto la possibilità di mangiare a Bologna. Cucinato con cura, I taglieri affettati e tagliati al momento. Ottime le tagliatelle fatte a mano al ragù tipico, ottimi pure i secondi . Unico neo non specificare il taglio di carne a che animale apparteneva. Ottima la scelta dei vini di cantine locali. Prezzo nella media. La cucina prevede anche altre pietanze salentine. Da ritornare ma sempre a pranzo perchè è una preparazione un po' pesante per la sera."

"Una pizza come a Napoli! Raramente è dato di assaporare una pizza così ben fatta stile Napoli, cioè con il cornicione piuttosto alto ma leggero, al di fuori della Campania. E pure il pizzaiolo ci hanno riferito non è di Napoli, bensì di Gallipoli. Ciò dimostra che passione e professionalità consentono di raggiungere risultati eccezionali.impasto soffice, ben lievitato e quindi delicato. Facile da digerire.ottimo anche il condimento dei vari tipi di pizza. Staff efficiente e gentile. Il locale è arredato in stile moderno con un bel Dehors.se proprio vogliamo provare un piccolo neo risiede nei prezzi: più da grande città che non da un borgo piuttosto isolato. Comunque locale super consigliato."
