We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant the service was very attentive and the food amazing hence the reason for there star rating.

What a lovely experience we had at The Royal! Lovely atmosphere— very special. The food and wine options sounded wonderful. And they really were! But what made it so terrific was the service. Truly top drawer! Highly recommend!

Saturday evening we had an amazing expectation the Hotel. 1st time eating here and it won’t be out last. From the splendid facade and gardens on arrival to the Maitr D greeting us, it was superb. We had wonderful lunch at The Royal hotel on the 3/7/22, Al Fresco dining in the Geranium Garden. This is such a beautiful setting and lovely relaxing atmosphere. The food as always is second to none, we would recommend every dish on the menu. We had a three course lunch and started with the signature dish of The Royal is the Gallybagger Cheese Soufflé which we both tucked into and thoroughly enjoyed, for the main we both chose the Pork Belly with seasonal veg, roast potatoes and Granny Smith puree.
