truly italian!!!great menu, food even better, staff friendly ! had a nice dinner last evening! i' ll be back soon to taste pizza too!

authenic italien staff. very friendly. had mixex salad and pizza parma. vegis nicely prepaired and well arranged. pizza tippings were fresh and superb quality on a rather cracker like pizza crust with tast of wooden fireplace.

we decided to share some appetizers: the oktopus carpaccio, the Antipasti cellar and the often baked Caciocavallo cheese. our first choice was actually the burrata (a relatiw new discovery for me and one continued from my trip to rom), but unfortunately they had run out. a reason to go back, I think.

Lovely, authentic little Italian restaurant next to Barbican Centre! The food they serve is generous and it stuffed me up! The waiters were friendly and food was served quickly. I ordered lamb ragu pasta and cheese onion focaccia. They both tasted great and the dessert was my favourite : There was a 10% discount campaign when I visited, so even though we had a lot the price wasn’t big at all. even without discount! I would love to come back and try other menus

when they go around the smithfield market, it is surrounded by Italian restaurants: amico bio, apulia, il botteglio, polpo, attilio’s. When I live here, I tried most of them. the only thing I haven't been is amico bio (vegetarian restaurant) but it's my next project. apulia is by far my favorite (previous assessment here), it is my plan b if I have nothing in the refrigerator or if I am too lazy to cook. they have beautiful fresh products that eat is fantastic and pizzas are very good. waiter and waiter are always beautiful and welcoming. it always feels like being home when I dine there.

Apulia lies on the fringe of Farringdon meat market and serves up simple but delicious dishes all cooked up with the love of every Italian grandma.
