very good products offered, from our arrival the chef explains one to one the dishes and advises you. for our part the calf and fish carpaccios were succulent. the lamb square and the clams were fresh. restaurant that we recommend to get out of the beaten paths of restaurants offering "from eggplants to the bonifacienne that are nothing but stuffed eggplants", as the chef says.

good Mediterranean dishes at good prices. delicious desserts too. very friendly and welcoming staff for families. the high city is crowded with tourists in the summer, making walks and meals in some of the other impersonal and crowded restaurants like sardines. It is not the case in this restaurant that is small and at the end of a relatively quiet street. recommended by a local Corsican and it was on site.

small dinner with, 5-year-old, baby and stroller. very good reception of the server and small mouth-to-mouth with citrus to make us wait. the card, exclusively on slate, is rich and very well explained by the boss. We chose the foie gras with immortal and we were conquered! The piece was huge and the delicious bread! During this time, the little one was entitled to a huge cheese omelette. We continued with inguinis, a risotto, a lamb square and fish, accompanied by their small flowers. the portions were very copyy and everyone enjoyed it. the flavors are exceptional. very good reception, complete and detailed explanation that gives the water to the mouth, cold entrance, discovery salad, products to the height, discoveries of flavors, but arrives the dish, copied and promising : fries good and warm houses, a truffled purée, good, barely warm, warm cauliflowers too cooked to the water and above all, a rating of rosy calf, this is not. barely grilled, has 70 € the rating (for two), it hurts. in dessert a small mellow chocolate with a valrhona ball, the ice ball is good....In short full of good things not coordinated (temperature, cooking) and especially badly cooked.Gard suppliers but not the cook !a 50€ about for dessert dish or flat entrance (à la carte)...

We were very well received in this restaurant open year (remarkably rare to mark it)! pleasant and well located over the ramparts and the port of Bonifacio. The presentation of the card by the boss shows all the attention given to the selection of quality products. The entries are superbly presented, very well seasoned, excellent products - good surprises!After this strong impression we were nevertheless disappointed by the dishes, well presented and cared for them too, but whose preparation did not justify the price in our opinion (ex: risotto certainly truffled but 32€ anyway). The little digestive is offered is pleasant and friendly. Please note no menu in the evening then count from 22€...

We went on a tour with the guide of the ridge in hand, and we elected the aria nova because it looked pretty bad. Well, it's a nice surprise! well above the comments of the ridge. a precise description of the dishes helps the choice (or not: you want to taste everything ...) and that is what you try to do by taking dishes land and sea: the carpaccios in the entrance announce the flavor, excellent, the flavors of crazy and it continues with the dishes, ravioli of langoustines and square of calf that you enjoy while taking care to enjoy everything you taste. and we taste unique flavors found (ah good!
