A very romantic, beautiful and warm restaurant, with excellent service and delicious food. All the dishes were simply perfect! Ideal for a romantic dinner, with a very calm and full of details environment, nice music, beautiful decoration and an exquisite menu with great vegetarian options. I would come back so many times! And it's pet friendly!!

I am still a fan of this restaurant as being there is always a treat, the problem is that sometimes you realize that the restaurant is closed even though you have a reservation. It happened twice now for different reasons but I was in no case informed in advance before I stood before closed doors. Consequently, planning invitations or events there is a challenge.

We walked from Schloss Sanssouci to this restaurant, approximately 1.5 miles and we selected a 2 course lunch for Euro 9,50 per head: cold cucumber soup and salmon. The complimentary fresh baked spicy bread with olives for starters and a carafe of a white wine from the Loire valley, a half liter for Euro 20. The friendly service and the cosy establishment adds to the enjoyment. We would go there again at anytime.

We stopped here on the last evening of our EU driving trip. Wasn't sure what to expect as we heard good things. Service was excellent, very helpful and made great suggestions on wine and food. All the dishes we ordered were well prepared and excellent. We tend to pass dishes around the table and everything was very good. Desserts were excellent. Outdoor seating in the courtyard available as well as nice seating inside.

Third or fourth time eating here while visiting Berlin friends (we always come here!). It's a small restaurant on the inside of a courtyard. Each meal has been memorable, with friendly and attentive waitstaff (who are super knowledgeable about menu and ingredients), helpful wine choices, and a relaxed environment. Worth a detour from anywhere in Berlin: don't delay if you find yourself in Potsdam. Fish dishes esp. memorable.

Very nice restaurant and quality food. Nevertheless, you need to bring along patience.... Unfortunately, only the two of us ordered starters. One hour before the starter was served and the main course half an hour later, meaning two of my guests had to wait for 1.5 hour before getting anything. That is too long. This does though not change the act, that the food was excellent. All in all, I was not sure whether to give 3.5 or 4 points. And this is a pity.

We had starters, a main dish and dessert. All of it was very good except that the duck filling of my pasta was too salty. The pasta itself was a dream. Never had such delicate dough in my mouth. The setting is gorgeous and the waitress made us feel really welcome and at home. You do however need to plan in some extra time to eat in this place. There were only 2 tables (2 couples), yet it did take quite a long time. I do appreciate that the cook needs to put in some more effort in preparing the dishes as this is not ordinary cuisine; it should however not take as much as two hours. Twenty minutes between courses should not be exceeded.

We were there with nice weather so we had dinner with friends at the small courtyard, around six tables. First we had a nice draft beer that was taken from the neighborly cafe. I had coquilles, small tasty starter, rest had white sausages from rabbit (more on their plate). As main course most of us took lam cutlets. They tasted quite well and took care of my remaining appetite. Food was accompanied by white sauvignon from the Loire and red nero d'avola from Sicily (Primitivo was sold out) Staff was very attentive. Inside they have a nicely decorated small classical restaurant. Place is located at the outside of the famous Dutch Quarter of Potsdam.
