"My mother and I dined at the restaurant last night, and we had a fantastic experience. The decor was breathtaking, and the menu offered a wonderful selection of dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We were both truly impressed by the freshness of the food and the skill with which each dish was prepared. Every plate was not only beautiful but also delicious. Mum was especially taken with the chicken ballotine, which featured Stornoway white pudding, a handmade mini chicken Kiev, pearl barley, and heritage carrots accompanied by a delightful thyme sauce. She hasn't stopped raving about the dark chocolate ganache dessert since we left last night! I was very satisfied with my starter of scallops and langoustines paired with Stornoway black pudding, and my main course of pork belly was heavenly. The mille-feuille for dessert was exquisite and paired beautifully with white chocolate and whisky ice cream. We cannot praise the food enough; the quality was exceptional and very affordably priced. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, providing timely and warm service. We will definitely be returning!"

Awesome Hightea as usual,their Butter chicken is delicious have it every time. Lovely tasty scones too so fluffy with lots of butter strawberry jam a lovely selection of cakes too x

fantastic ambiente, relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff. a beautiful restaurant and the quality of food was from the highest level. it was our first visit and this will be our weekly tasty bites.

We had a fantastic New Year dinner! We all ordered the Karvarienberg, and it was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. The desserts were incredible, and the service was excellent. I was truly impressed. Thank you!

the best food and the best service you will find. every mouthful is an absolute joy from the tenderest, delicious steaks to the mouth water desserts. If you don't go, you'll never know what a tasty bite is missing.

Great starter of chilli chicken, then had pork belly which was very nice there didn't seem to be any specials that evening, and the vegetarian choice was not as inspiring as it could be. Overall a good meal and nice to be out as a group.

Great food, good variety and priced favourably for the standard . Comfortable cosy surroundings and excellent staff. A must visit country restaurant. A booking is a suggested at weekends and it was full this evening. Highly recommended this place.

One notable advantage is the absence of loud music or noise, allowing diners to savor freshly prepared dishes and engage in conversation.
